Update (1/25/23): the product broke shortly after a year. They only offer a year warranty and no options to repair. I reached out to customer service and got the brush-off. There are MANY other similar products out there that offer longer warranties and likely better products. I received mine at a steep discount and would not recommend paying full price when there are better options out there (like Womanizer) that stand behind their products.
I bought something here a couple months ago for the first time. Everything was exactly as described and even better than expected. Shipping was quick, zero issues. I would order here again in a heartbeat.

I can not rave and compliment Vush any more <3 Branding is incredible, shipping is so bloody fast, products are beautiful and overall 10/10! I have recommended Vush products for multiple of my friends (with and without sex toys/experience). I think Vush would have to be the least intimidating sex toy brands I have ever come across making those who are nervous about buying these products more comfortable. Again I can not stop raving and complimenting Vush - it’s seriously my favourite thing to talk about 😅🤍

My empress 2 stopped working and they responded and once I sent them pictures and video proof that it was no longer working they sent a new one right away.

Really bad response time, took weeks to receive a response from the customer service team. Overall just a really bad customer experience.

This company seems to be a scam. I ordered my product and received it in a reasonable amount of time, however it stopped working within a month. It is supposed to have a 1yr warranty, but their only form of contact is email, to which no reply other than automated is received. Do not use this company!!
