Found Walker Dunn after getting a few quotes and these were the cheapest while also having good reviews online. Had my survey done around 10 days after my initial query and I received a thorough report, promptly. Would use WD again if needed and would definitely recommend.

This company is great to deal with and exceeded my expectations. Very polite and faster than they stated to get my survey done and valuation. Would recommend and use again if I need to.

the service was really good, the report was thorough and easily understandable only thing is the time it takes to get a booking, maybe the wait is because they are good and need more surveyors.

All very efficient and helpful, particularly being able to see an example report before booking a firm not known to us. Had to follow up to find out when survey was to take place, but then very quick and report prompt and very comprehensive and helpful.

I telephoned Walker Dunn on 22/5/23 asking for a quote to carry out a Level 2 survey on a potential property my son & his partner wanted to buy. The quote was emailed to me very quickly I paid the fee and a date for the survey was scheduled for 1/6/23. Once the survey was carried out the report was emailed to me within 2 days

Good reasonable price. Very fast in doing the report after survey. Wasn't expecting to recieve it the same day. Would be of been helpful to have picture evidence of things and more information on certain aspects. For example which windows were not to size, which walls/rooms showed signs of damp and what levels were read to judge the scale of the issue and if the chimney in the roof space was only of big concern if the fireplace was to be reinstated or it poses other potential issues......overall a good report to make informed judgement on

You completed the survey on the house we are selling and then two surveys on houses we were looking to buy. Each time the booking process was quick and easy. The reports were thorough and in the case of one of the properties we wanted to buy you were able to point out certain things which convinced us not to buy saving us a lot of trouble and money on the future.
