Købte et ur 30/08/2020 der efter 8 mdr. ikke længere går.
Jeg henvender mig til Watchia.com og får at vide de desværre kun giver 6 mdr. på batteriet.
Jeg er vildt skuffet, og havde i det mindste en forventning om at det minimum ville kunne gå et år!!
Det er måske en lille ting, men vi har købt ure i forskellige prisklasser andre steder og ALDRIG oplevet så DÅRLIG SERVICE..!!
De kunne i det mindste tilbyde at kigge på det, for der er jo den mulighed det ikke er batteriet, men noget andet der er galt. Men nej - vi skal få skiftet batteriet ved en lokal urhandler, og hvis det så ikke virker vil de kigge på det!
Det var så første og sidste køb hos Watchia.com
Forventede ikke at man efter 8 mdr. skulle stå med et ur der ikke virker!

Som sagt giver vi en garanti på urets batteri på 6 måneder. Dette skyldes, at vi ikke kender urets rejse, inden det når til os. Vi anbefaler, at du forsøger at få batteriet skiftet hos din lokale urmager, da der vil forekomme et gebyr for en uberettiget reklamation, såfremt det netop er batteriet, som er problemet.

Jeg beklager endvidere, hvis der er sket en misforståelse. Du har selvfølgelig ret til at reklamere over uret til os og sende den ind, såfremt du er indforstået med gebyret (i tråd med vores handelsbetingelser) i tilfælde af en uberettiget reklamation. Du skriver bare, hvis du ønsker at sende det ind :-)

Great deal, fast shipping and superb watch!

Bought a G-shock Mudmaster at almost half price from Watchia Norway. I was hesitant in the beginning to shop from this site, but looking at the price I thought to go ahead. The delivery was super-fast, it was delivered within 3 business days. The packaging was extremely good with 3 layers. I would definitely recommend this site.

Do not buy from this place!!

I bought a watch on the 6th as a present for Valentines Day, with the paid option of quick shipping (2 to 6 days). 4 days later the package didn't even appear in my country courier, so I contacted the customer service and they (rather quickly) informed me that I chose the slow shipping option, so it would arrive in (at least) 10 laboral days. I answered back with a screenshot of my order proving that I actually checked fast shipping. That was the last time I heard from them.

I have been trying to contact customer service since, and not a single response to this issue. To this day, I haven't received my order and 10 days latter is not even in my country.

No one answers my messages, zero contact from customer support. Obviously my order didn't make it for Valentines Day. My country courier informed me that they dont even know where the package is.

If i could give this store zero stars, I would. What an unprofessional company, I feel scammed. I understand there may be problems with shipping, and I accept that, but the fact that they are blatantly ignoring me is what angers me.

Won't even buy again from this place, the good prices don't compensate this lack of information and the time i'm losing trying to figure out where my package is.

Just a piece of advise for the company. I understand due to covid and other external issues a delivery can be slow, is no ones fault, but if you are an honest company as you claim to be, and not a scam, answer the damn emails.

I would highly advise not to buy from…

I would highly advise not to buy from this company. I brought a Tommy Hilfiger watch on 30th November and still have not received it, and the customer service are now ignoring my emails. They did reply to me originally and stated that there was delays with Royal Mail, however when I rang Royal Mail on Christmas Eve they proved to me that the parcel never left Denmark, where the parcel was meant to of left from on 3rd December. I have been scammed by this company and have been trying to get my money back from this Christmas gift for the last week.

We're an honest company, but packages do get lost once in a while. And it was a extreme Christmas period with Covid-19 halting both our warehouse and responding capacity, and your case was not solved in the high standards we want to deliver. We're truely sorry for that.

We hope you found a replacement gif and you also understand it was no scam attempt from us, but a package lost at the worst period of time.

If I could give this appalling thieving…

If I could give this appalling thieving company zero stars then this is exactly what I'd do, they're very untrustworthy and extremely unreliable, I unfortunately purchased a watch from them for the price of £140.90 on the 28th of November, they're site mentions that shipping should take no more than 14 days to the UK from Denmark though it's coming close to a month since the order but I've not received my watch, they're not responding to my emails and they're not giving me a refund, filthy liars, I'm absolutely disgusted with them, I'll will take this further if I don't get all of my money back.

Watchia accepted the order from me, they get money from my acount they said that they will send another one with the track number to know where the package is
After I contacted them, asking where is my product, I heard that it was not sent because it was not paid or there was an mistake ..on the end of this email somone make a offer on another watcg with some good price and left a smile ...How they cant say something like that having a proof of my payment and number order what could be a mistake ...after me sending proof of order and acount money goes with another smile they say will give me mney back !!!!

I'm very sorry that you didn't get the attention and good service that you should have.

An error in our system made so your order got the wrong status, and was never sent. When you wrote and we found the problem, we where sold out of the product.
At that time we should have done even more to compensate for our error.

Your order was cancelled and Klarna processed the refund right away when we replied to you, but there is delay in refunds back to cards.

I really hope things are resolved now, and if you would give us the chance. We would love to make it up to you if you still need a watch.

I am hoping to be able to write a…

I am hoping to be able to write a really good review soon. I ordered a michael kors watch for my daughters 21st birthday on 15th December. I ordered it on 28th november and a 7 -14 day delivery time was predicted however we are still waiting after 19 days and i was sad not to be able to give my daughter her present on her actual birthday. If the watch arrives in perfect order soon i will say the saving of £60 compared to other sites was still well worth the delay which may be excused more at this time of year but i'm really worrying now that it wont arrive.

Gode ure til gode priser og med en venlig og imødekommende service. Jeg købte et ur, som kort tid efter blev sat ned i pris af Watchia og de gav mig derfor uret til den nye og bedre pris, selvom den oprindelige pris også var den bedste pris på markedet. Behandlingen af pricematchen gik ligeså lynhurtigt som leveringen af uret.

Brilliant company!!!

I purchased a Casio G-Shock, having not used Watchia.com before. I have to say the service from start to finish has been truly exceptional. The watch was at least £15.00 cheaper than the next cheapest place I could find it online and the delivery was also very quick & well communicated. When the watch arrived, it was very well packaged too. I cannot fault this company whatsoever and I would highly recommend them to anyone, based on my experience.

The price i got was the best i could find in Europe! 70+€ cheaper than listings in Chrono24. The UPS delivery service was very fast (5 working days) even during the CoronaVirus pandemic outbreak. The watch was well packaged. Exactly as described. 100% would recommend.
