Great Help
I recently had a lovely experience in store with Mitchell Coleman. He is friendly, easy to talk and very professional. I only went there for a catch-up but somehow ended up buying something I absolutely loved and couldn’t resist. Aldo the store manager was also incredibly kind and helpful. I accidentally dropped my diamond ring but he found it for me which was such a huge relief. I’m really grateful for the service from the whole team and will definitely be visiting again..

Very friendly staff
Very friendly staff. Open and ready to help you. No waiting, non judgmental. I was not there to spend thousands, just a few pounds for a new watch strap. but I was treated with dignity and respect. The person who looked after me was a wonderful person who was so kind. All of the staff treated you the same, no matter if you were spending £20 or £20,000.

Brufords is a great shop.
Staff are great. Very friendly. Great selection of watches. Have made 3 purchases from Brufords, plus popped in from time to time to browse and try on some watches. Always good. Just bought a limited edition Seiko. Very easy transaction. Recommended.

Enjoyable sales experience

The Workshop was asked to disassemble…
The Workshop was asked to disassemble and crate a long case clock for transport from UK to Europe.
The three crates were made to measure for the case, hood and movement including weights.
All arrived without damage along with a very useful instruction video on how to reassemble the clock.
All proceeded on time and no drama. Contact was seamless.
