Very good professional service. Repair to gold chain was quicker than anticipated and less expensive than estimate. Looks like new.

Wonderful staff
I went in to browse the pre owned watches. The staff are all wonderful, professional and polite. I saw Simon who is friendly and wonderful to deal with. I would highly recommend Brufords and would certainly shop there again.

Omega Seamaster Quartz
I’ve just had my 2011 Omega Seamaster Quartz returned to me from having had a maintenance service carried out. A pleasurable experience from the beginning when I dropped the watch off to receiving it back. I cannot fault the customer service I received from Wendy Brooker and the work carried out by the service team. The replaced parts ( all included in the £150 price ) were returned to me with a full inventory of the work carried out and certificates of waterproofing and how the watch keeps time. I would not hesitate in recommending Brufords and will definitely have them service my mechanical watches..

If I could rate an 6 I would. Born in 1970 I remember service like you get in Brufords fondly. Floor walker, smartly presented staff (with smiles all round and friendly attitudes), clean and pleasant surroundings and, whilst there is a LOT of money on display, absolutely no ostentation. Fantastic friendly service
We went in to look at pre owned Rolex watches. The staff were highly professional, courteous, very helpful and friendly throughout our time spent in the shop. I cannot praise these staff highly enough. I would certainly recommend this store and would have no hesitation in shopping there again.
