What a great shop
What a great shop. Makes such a change to be greeted by a real person and directed to a free salesman. I have been looking at getting a Tag watch for ages and took the plunge and Frazer helped me make my choice. He was so helpful and patient with me even though I kept changing my mind, but I ended up with the right choice. 10/10 for help and service !

Upon entering was greeted and asked how they could help. Shown to cabinets of interest and directed to seating area. Frazer then put me at ease, was polite, whose professional approach made the process of purchasing my watch a pleasurable experience

Excellent service
I took my late mother’s Rolex to be serviced. All the staff were excellent ; professional, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. The watch was serviced and some links removed so that it would fit me. They took the time to patiently show me how to operate the watch . Highly recommend this shop 😊.
