I brought in my mother’s watch to have…
I brought in my mother’s watch to have a new battery put in. This was done while I went shopping and was ready when I returned, about half an hour later. I found Ashley, who served me, to be friendly and efficient.

I always trust Brufords to do repairs…
I always trust Brufords to do repairs and new watch batteries. Recently I took in an old watch belonging to a 99year old friend. On receiving it back Brufords had gone above and beyond by cleaning and presenting the watch in a secure pouch. She was delighted.

We came in at the end of the day for a…
We came in at the end of the day for a new watch battery to be inserted. The man at the door asked if they were still able to do this. Nothing was too trouble, we also asked a couple of questions on the service intervals on self winding automatic watches.. the service was impeccable as always.

Brufords watch purchase
Maxine made purchasing my watch a delightful experience. She showed me the different finishes I could choose from and once chosen, spent ages removing/adding strap links to ensure it fitted perfectly. I found the whole experience fun and enjoyable and felt I was treated as a valuable customer (good old-fashioned service.) Thank you.
