Friendly and helpful
Simon was very informative when I picked up my watch from being serviced and It was nice to chat with him today. Both Simon and his wife Jo are always very friendly and helpful whenever i've been into the store.

5 Stars Customer Service
Firstly, Joe was super friendly and very helpful to put me at ease after my treacherous journey. I travelled from Rye on long hour journey of the torrential downpour rain and because it was sunny where I came from so I didn't think of the need to bring a brolly. Therefore I was waiting for 45 minutes at Eastbourne station for the rain to subside but to no avail and had to rush to Brufords in the rain anyway. So thank you Joe for your professionalism and generosity. I couldn't ask for a better assistance. Top notch customer service and I'll happily go back and will recommend to any of my friends and family.
