If only all companies were like this.
I made a mistake on my order and left a message on their messaging system and a very kind gentleman (no name sorry!) gave me a call within the hour and resolved it all in minutes, even did more than asked which is rare these days. The watch came packaged better than Santa can do on a good day and the watch is glorious so thank you all involved - great price as well for an ex-display model and like new. Absolutely fantastic service..

My Omega watch returned looking like new.
My Omega watch was overhauled and repaired and returned to me in a timely manner. Although I was advised that some parts were no longer available, I was extremely pleased with the look of my watch and have no hesitation in recommending Brufords Jewellers of Eastbourne to carry out repairs.

I took a Rolex in for repair and service, the watch was appraised at Rolex HQ I was informed of the cost and the whole process was overseen by Brufords with out drama, excellent customer service.

Simon was exceptional.
Buying something that is highly sought after is not straightforward but Simon was generous with his time & knowledge (pre appointment) & in person (24th May 2025).
Without the pretence that other retailers have demonstrated, Simon explained the supply chain and managed our expectations. Whilst registering us for two mens watches, he explained that items in the showroom were available for purchase and we picked up a watch for my wife.
The support in ensuring that the watch was properly sized was exemplary and we left the showroom very satisfied.
Simon - thank you very much for your time and service. Very much appreciated and we look forward to future purchases with you!

The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and they have a lot of choice.
They sell new and recycled items and also do repairs.

I recently purchased jewellery from Brufords and was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The pricing of the items was very reasonable, offering great value for money. The packaging was excellent—elegant, secure, and clearly done with care.
What truly stood out, however, was the thoughtful inclusion of a printed form allowing customers to simply tick a few boxes and provide brief comments if a product doesn’t meet expectations. This small gesture speaks volumes about Brufords' commitment to high standards of customer care and satisfaction.
It’s rare to see such attention to detail and genuine consideration for the customer experience. I will certainly be using Brufords again in the future and highly recommend them to others..

Great experience overall.
Family run independent jewellers, was greeted immediately and questioned regarding what I was shopping for.
Maxine helped me select the pendant which I required in a timely manner.
Was kindly offered a drink by a member of staff (was brought to me promptly).
Overall amazing experience… makes shopping for jewellery seem effortless.
