Everyone was very helpful and friendly
I was met at the door by a gentleman who took me straight to arrange for my replacement watch battery. The lady was available immediately and arranged for a technician to do the job within the next half hour. having done some shopping I called back on time and all was ready. As a previous customer my details were already on the system and so payment (cheaper than last time) was effortless. Everyone was very helpful and friendly..

I received a warm welcome and was served immediately. The watch battery replaced and pressure checks completed within the agreed time. The staff were very pleasant and took the time to have a conversation with me. I only trust Brufords to deal with my watches. Excellent service as always.

I am happy with the product. However I was a little upset that the item was delivered in a bag and bubble wrap. The Gucci gift bag inside was really creased due to not being in a box for delivery..
