First time using them and I thought they were excellent. I would definitely recommend.

Booked it online and 10-15mins after I received a call from them to confirm my information and book the collection day. They normally give you the time slot between 8am-8pm but say that you can call them on the day to confirm the time. I called this morning and they gave me the time slot between 4-8pm which helped me to organise my day. The driver calls you before he arrives and he was very nice and polite. Very useful service when you don’t have a car or don’t know where to take your clothes. I was really satisfied and will definitely be using them again.

Unsure of Driver's name but he picked up the donation around 8pm on 15/03- lovely driver and gave me plenty of notice to make sure I was in.

This is the second time I've used this service. Both times I found the booking process seamless, employee very polite and friendly and my donations collected on time.

Lee was brilliant, texted ahead of his arrival and came on the date I had booked for collection. Thoroughly lovely guy. Have used this company before and will use again 5*

This service is such a time saver. Booked online for next day pickup and good communication by the driver before arrival. Very satisfactory.

Booked for 10am but called them to confirm and they said they didn't have me on the system, eventually picked up at 4pm after having to call and text a couple of times to get a confirmed time. Then had 2 people show up at my door at 6pm saying they were here to collect the clothes. Anxious about how any people were given my address and the lack of communication both to me and to each other.

I’ve used this company twice and both times I have been so impressed with the service.
It’s so easy to book a slot on the website and both times I’ve managed to book within 48 hours of collection.
Drivers are super friendly and professional, called me when they were about 15 mins away. Really really brilliant service couldn’t rate them more highly.
