Very Good Service
Excellent service well be definitely be using again hence the 5 stars. Booking the collection was very easy to do online and I was very happy they could come the next day even though its a Sunday. Great communication all round, had a confirmation email after I booked online and the driver called me to confirm he was on his way the for collection. This was done very promptly and professionally with no problems as I left the 3 full bags outside my house with a note on. Very happy with the service and will definitely be using them again and it's all for a good cause.

Excellent service, collection was easy to book online and very useful that they provide collection on weekends. Great communication too, had an email confirmation and also spoke to a friendly advisor on the day to confirm the one of collection, driver also called to confirm when he was near by for collection, which was done in an efficient manner. There are no limits on the number of bags you can donate and they can collect from your front garden if you aren’t in. Very happy with the service.

Really convenient for donating old clothes, pick up date is so easy to arrange and man who collected my clothes was very friendly!

I've used this company 2 times recently within a few weeks.

The only slight negative thing I'd say is that they give you a huge time slot between 8-8 so you can't really leave home.
However, there is an option to call them on the morning of the collection to ask if they'll be coming in the morning, afternoon or evening but I'd say that isn't really convenient for people who don't have someone home all day.

Today they came after 8 but they did try and call and sent a text around 7:30.

Other than that, its an overall, good service and I'd definitely use them again. Cost free, hassle free, good for the environment and an incentive to clear out your wardrobes for a charitable reason.

I had donated here earlier. Very easy to book a collection also have been very polite while responding a call to confirm the pick time. The driver too was polite . I am glad I could donate some clothes. Appreciated every effort taken by them.

Amazing service. I needed to get rid of clothes and didn’t want to throw them away. It was a speedy collection and reassurance when the clothes was collected. Would definitely recommend!
