I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional conduct of this service. I had explicitly arranged for a single cleaner to attend my property due to having a dog; however, on the day of the initial clean, two cleaners arrived.
I explained that this was not what had been agreed and that I was unable to proceed under those circumstances. The cleaners stated that this arrangement had been approved by the coordinator, Annie. When I later contacted Annie, she confirmed she had no knowledge of any such change.
This raises serious concerns. Had I not been at home, an unauthorised individual would have entered my property without my consent or awareness. Furthermore, the apparent lack of communication between staff and the coordinator makes the service feel unreliable and untrustworthy.
I requested a refund for my initial payment. While I received an apology after raising the issue, my subsequent emails regarding the refund have been ignored.
Overall, this experience has been highly unsatisfactory and reflects a significant lack of professionalism.

Chloe who dealt with my enquiry was super efficient and went out of her way to make me feel confident about their service.

The Well Polished team provide a good service. We have the same great cleaners every week and she takes good care of our home, but sometimes life happens and they can’t make it. This is when having a managed service shines as the office team always arrange a good cover cleaner so you aren’t left hanging. They also check in regularly to see if you are happy with the service and are responsive on messages.

Very satisfied with the service I receive from Well Polished. My regular cleaner couldn’t clean one week. I was contacted straight away and they provided me with another cleaner within 48 hours, who was also very good. Which was very helpful as I had a busy weekend coming up.

Although I pay more, I have peace of mind that I am provided with a reliable and trustworthy service, and they train their cleaners to a high standard.

Always very professional. Fast, helpful responses to any emails sent. When our cleaner was unable to come we were offered an alternative cleaner for that week. And as for our cleaner, we love her.

An absolutely great service. Rebecca is a star who has totally changed the atmosphere in the house to one of calm cleanliness. With three kids, a full time job and husband who works shifts, a cat and a dog the house is often a low priority. It’s wonderful to walk in and see it so clean, tidy and welcoming. I would really recommend Rebecca's care of our home.

We have a lovely lady Tina who cleans for us every week. She cleans very well and always offers to to extra bits if she is finished before her time. The reception team are kind and helpful and check in with you to make sure everything is going well. We have had another lady called Louise who came when Tina was away and she was super lovely and hard working too. Would recommend this company.

Well Polished, in my experience, are a very reliable company who, following my specific request, found me an excellent and very reliable and personable cleaner.
Nicola is very efficient and will do a little extra, such as changing a light bulb occasionally. She does the ironing, hangs the washing indoors, washes up and changes and makes the bed. The cleaning is done very well indeed and the house always smells pleasantly fresh when she has finished. She has a great sense of humour.

Dawn is always polite & professional and a pleasure to have around. She does a great job of cleaning our bathrooms & thanks to Well Polished, we have a very reliable service!
