Excellent service. Just make square you are using a provider they accredit. If you are going for Chinese medicine, only the acupuncture is paid for (not the herbs!)

Be aware

If you submit a claim that has an error on it, they send you a generic email rather then let you know specifically what the issue is, so I had to call them and then contact the company I had the service from. All this meant I was out of pocket for two weeks, which is really difficult if you are on a budget. So be aware they are not always in a rush to get you your money back.

The absolute worst.

The absolute worst.
Twice tried to submit a claim for simple prescription reimbursement and both times delay tactics and then denied claims for no reason. Absolute waste of money. Save your time and money and go somewhere else

Annual roll over of contract

As a company subscription we have to skip a month and pay double the following as the contract rolls over ... but that leaves the customer unable to make a claim in that period.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

I understand why it seemed like you were left without the ability to make a claim during the renewal month. You can still make claims, but if we haven’t yet been able to complete the necessary admin work to renew your policy for another year, we do hold claims until we know everything is finalised. This can also mean that we may have to debit more than one months premiums.

If you’d like us to look into your account and make sure everything is set up correctly our Customer Helpline will be happy to do this.

I put in a claim for a chiropractor…

I put in a claim for a chiropractor which was denied. Then paid. I put in more claims and these were also denied.

Pain Free Process

A very simple and fast process. Booked and attended my appointment, submitted my receipt afterwards and was refunded in a very prompt fashion.

Very disappointed

Paid into Westfield for 25 years, only ever claimed for dental and more recently optical (17 years ago a week in hospital)
Had a partial dentures and because it's not full dentures i can only claim on my dental £72. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement!!!!
