If you submit a claim that has an error on it, they send you a generic email rather then let you know specifically what the issue is, so I had to call them and then contact the company I had the service from. All this meant I was out of pocket for two weeks, which is really difficult if you are on a budget. So be aware they are not always in a rush to get you your money back.

Twice tried to submit a claim for simple prescription reimbursement and both times delay tactics and then denied claims for no reason. Absolute waste of money. Save your time and money and go somewhere else

Annual roll over of contract
As a company subscription we have to skip a month and pay double the following as the contract rolls over ... but that leaves the customer unable to make a claim in that period.

I put in a claim for a chiropractor…
I put in a claim for a chiropractor which was denied. Then paid. I put in more claims and these were also denied.

My treatment costs are so easy and quickly received
I have been with Westfield Health for a very long time. The claim process has got easier and easier and now takes just 2-3 days before I receive the treatment costs back in my bank.

Pain Free Process
A very simple and fast process. Booked and attended my appointment, submitted my receipt afterwards and was refunded in a very prompt fashion.

Not great at returning emails. Overall the service used to be better but since they changed policies I.e. not allowing claims for postage etc, it has went downhill.

Very disappointed
Paid into Westfield for 25 years, only ever claimed for dental and more recently optical (17 years ago a week in hospital)
Had a partial dentures and because it's not full dentures i can only claim on my dental £72. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement!!!!
