The perfect experience
The perfect experience, the website was easy to use and the choice exactly what I wanted. It was easy to add a gift message. Delivery was prompt and reliable. The packaging was lovely and the treats themselves tasted amazing. On top the customer service was something else. So personable and kind. Would definitely recommend and I will be ordering again!

Hi Lindy, thank you for such a wonderful review. We're glad to hear that you found our website easy to use, but more importantly that you enjoyed our bakes!
The Best
Delicious. Most probably the best biscuit I've ever tasted. I'm having to hide them from my husband because they are so moreish. We bought the Milk Chocolate Oat Biscuits from Summerseat Garden Centre and I will be going back for more. Proud that they are made here in Lancashire!

Excellent products
Excellent products. The Parkin and Ginger biscuits all arrived intact, but the Eccles Cakes were a little battered by the journey. However that did not distract from the flavour. All in all a good shopping experience.

Hi Paul, I'm so sorry to hear the Eccles Cakes were a little worse for wear. We always take care to pack customer orders as well as possible, and Royal Mail are usually very careful with our packages. I'm glad to hear you still enjoyed them. —Rory
King of Eccles
The Eccles cakes are gorgeous and as Eccles are my favourite sweet treat I have tried them all over the country.
They did take a bit longer to arrive although I ordered just before the bank holiday weekend but they were definitely worth the wait.
