Product was exactly as required, competitive price and delivered on time.

Ordered on the site, said they were based in Wales. Part said express delivery, then once in the basket it said 2 day delivery. I get a notification that it is being posted from Ireland from a company called Micks Garage. 2 days come and no update, get in touch with Micks garage who's customer service told me it would be 'sometime' next week and it always takes 3-5 days and that I couldn't refund it as it had already been posted. I then receive an email telling me that it should have been with me but there was a delay with the postal service (so either that was a lie or the customer service guy lied).
I needed the part for the weekend, didn't get it till the following week. I could have had it for a little extra from another company and got it next day. Gets 2 stars as it did turn up eventually and was right.

I ordered a mirror glass for my corsa, it's was easy to order and at a fair price, it took a little longer than expected, but I was kept to update with a apology, It arrived in perfect condition and I was quite pleased with it.

I found the website easy to navigate, delivery was slightly quicker than expected, and the item ordered was of really good quality, hopefully I won’t need another wing mirror but if I do, I would use these guys again

Ordered a wing mirror for a Seat Leon, I received the mirror, the mirror cap and the glass for less than half the RRP of the mirror body from an OEM supplier.
The parts were dispatched quickly and arrived in perfect condition.
Their service team kept me informed at every step, I couldn't have asked for more, will definitely use them again if needed.

From Australia, ordered a replacement Skoda wing-mirror cover. Three days after ordering I received an advice from WingMirrorParts (WMP) that the Irish delivery partner - An Post - was experiencing delays. That's great service from WMP - timely advice of potential problems, even when it's not actually their problem. Seven days later and on the other side of the world, my replacement wing-mirror cover arrived, and - having been painted and polished - now sits proudly on my Skoda. Brilliant! (Order #3128804)

What a rubbish store, false advertising at its best, I was desperate for a rear light as someone hit my van and drove off, saw on eBay delivered in 2 days, WRONG!!! not delivered at all, waited 5 days, emailed them 3 times, called them 4 times, no answer on mail, answer fone when called, ask to call me back,nothing, do not bother with this cowboy company, totally unreliable, when eBay checked was to be delivered by royal mail, so you know they are a good delivery company, the clowns had never even sent it to them, and I sat waiting for 5 days, if I could give a minus rating, I would, hopefully eBay going to knock their ratings down, went straight away to another company sent out same-day came next day, avoid this cheapskate company, you will never get any communication from them, took my money and nothing, probably thought would just leave it and order somewhere else, try ringing them and see what happens, send email, see what happens, get confirmation email, see what happens, all the same answer, NOTHING!!!
