Great experience with Wood Ranger Tool Customer Support

My many thanks and gratitude go out to two amazingly efficient WOOD Ranger Tools (WRT) Associates in the Customer Support Department, their names are Jonathan and Anderson.
On Saturday, 1/30/26, after receiving and unpacking my order and finding that the battery unit had been damaged, assuming during transit, I emailed my concerns to WRT Customer Support Department and then resigned myself to the fact that I would likely not hear back from anyone for several days post my initial communication. But, lo and behold and well within 24 hrs., I heard from WRT’s first Customer Support Associate, Jonathan. He did not hesitate or inquire for more specifics, but instead, he provided me with clear and concise instructions on how and what I should submit, via email, to their department (i.e.,pictures of the damaged Battery unit, my Customer # and Packing Slip) for evaluation, making the whole process incredibly easy and hassle-free. Again, to my surprise and in less than 24 hours later, Anderson, the second Associate from the Customer Support Department, reached out to me. He resolved my problem by agreeing to simply replace the damaged unit with a brand new one without further inquiry or even requiring that the damaged battery unit be returned!!
I now look forward to my upcoming delivery and the, hopefully, undamaged leaf blower unit, and I definitely plan to pass the word on regarding my absolutely over-the-top experience with Wood Range Tools and their two very efficient, kind and gracious young Associates in their Customer Support Department.
Thanks to all of you, once again, for your absolutely efficient and pain free assistance…

Incongruent Specifications and Product Description

This is indeed a mini-saw, It is indeed light and able to be operated easily w/one hand. It does cut branches up to 4" However, upon unpacking I quickly noticed several Technical Disparities: Having done extensive testing with saw side-by-side with a Lovewe 8" cordless I bought from TEMU(for $30 less) The first thing I noticed was that neither of the 2 Ranger batteries had any data plate or sticker only a 24V Li-ion sticker. I inspected the DC adapter and cord and its no surprise I found the wall adapter indicated an output of 21 V. So they provided a charger incapable of charging The batteries to their advertised capacity(24 V)Testing both batteries immediately after their 1st full charge. Both showed 20V despite the 21V continuous output from the charger. This(to me)indicates Wood Ranger knowingly engaged in false and fraudulent advertising practice, misleading the consumer. This is when i focus up. Because its not only yours and my and every other consumer's loss, Its their massive gains at the cost of our loss. Shut them down.

Had a slight problem with no charger…

Had a slight problem with no charger included in blower
Kevin immediately wanted to make sure a was happy with my purchase.
Love the blower it works better than I imagined.
I purchased 2 more as gifts.
Problem solved.
New charger on the way.
Wonderful customer service.
I’m looking into additional products they offer.

They shipped the wrong products 1st - BUT - Sam Daniel to the rescue. He made everything correct and did it with a smile on his face ( I know I couldn't see him, but I felt it thru the phone)

Would give no stars if possible.lousy product. Cannot believe the review of noise level. Sounded like ear splitting volume and did little to blow light amount of leaves from a small bed. Add that to the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. On trying to return, kept getting emails lowering price to keep . After many emails,could never get human on phone, finally got return info. Cost me $13 to mail back. Still haven’t received refund. They received return on 1/12/26!

Never received my order so I called the company and to Sam Daniels in customer service. He was very helpful and reordered my order again. If you ever need help that’s who you want to talk too

👍🏻 Customer Service 👍🏻

Just ordered their leaf blower so it is too soon to rate their product. The order acknowledgement did not reflect what I ordered. After a few emails back and forth with “Sam”, I now know what to expect and am pleased with my purchasing experience at this point…very good customer service.

Satisfied Customer

I ordered the leaf blower for my husband for Christmas. There were only 2 items my husband really wanted and the leaf blower was one of them. When Christmas day came around my husband was so excited he immediately ran out to blow something, anything around. At first the blower came on and quickly went off. A few days later, I notified Wood Ranger Tools Customer Service about his experience. Wood Ranger asked me to troubleshot a couple of different ways and to try it again. Well, it still did not work. My husband was heart broken. I then communicated with Joseph and his team in customer service. Joseph and his team worked with me and kept me informed about what we could try and finally it was decided that they would send me a replacement leaf blower. We received it this past weekend after dark and my husband immediately went out side after it was opened and tried again. I'm happy to report that the blower worked perfectly. I have never had a customer service department to take the time to work with us, email with me, and keep in informed and in the end replace the item. I wish all customer service departments would take lessons from Wood Ranger! This was the best experience ever. Thank you, Wood Ranger, Joseph and the whole Customer Service Department for making everything right!

Terrible product

Where are my leaf blowers? company MIA

I ordered 2 of these leaf blowers before Christmas. The charge posted to my credit card, but there is no confirmation of any kind, of the actual order or when I can expect them to be delivered. There is no phone number to call to ask. I am suspicious of this website, I should have done more research before ordering. I am doubtful I will ever see these leaf blowers. What a waste of $147 I paid for the 2.

This is the best online purchasing…

This is the best online purchasing experience I have ever had! Not only is the product top-notch but the customer service is the most outstanding I have encountered. And I shop online A LOT!

After a minor dust up with my original order, the customer service dept bent over backwards to rectify the situation. They truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was a satisfied customer.

The hedge tool is exactly what I was looking for. I am a stubborn elderly woman and prefer to do things myself while I still can. The tool is lightweight, and I can hold it in one hand. It it easy to attach the blades and the on/off/trigger mechanics are straightforward. As an added bonus, I can operate it with either hand comfortably.

Zero update on my product I bout 2 1/2…

Zero update on my product I bought 2 1/2 weeks ago for Christmas gift. I called today, 12/24 and I am told "It will ship in 24 hours". I said REALLY, tomorrow is Christmas buddy, you really think it is shipping in the next 24 hours?" Cancelled order and now they will hold my money for another 8-10 business days. BUYER BEWARE!

Please don't order from these folks if…

Please don't order from these folks if you want to receive your item anytime soon. We ordered many weeks before Christmas. Three weeks later, nothing! Finally, we contacted them only to find out the order had not shipped yet, was backordered, and was not a priority, as they had filled even older orders. Ruined Christmas for an elderly member of our family. We still have no idea when the item will arrive, but we know we will return when it arrives.

Don’t waste your time

I ordered what I thought was a regular size trimmer. I received an 8” mini trimmer. No where on the box does it say mini nor on our packing slip. Now I need to send it back with a bunch of specific instructions at my cost. I was offered 15% off and then 30%, and they are “very sorry”. If it was what I wanted, I would have taken the offer but it’s not. After all of this, I received a call back with an apology that he gave me the wrong return address and name of company! 🙄 In this day and age with on line ordering being so user friendly, please don’t bother with this company. Very unsatisfied. Never again!

Wood Ranger leaf blower…

We bought the Wood Ranger leaf blower because of all the good reviews and for my husband. He is handicapped and it's very hard for him to use a regular leaf blower. This thing is so weak he had to bend down to even blow a leaf off our deck.
Supposedly it has a money back guarantee so we started the refund process. They said WE would have to pay shipping for the return and offered us a 15% refund (under $10) if we want to keep the thing. We're stuck with and and will either put it in the trash or donate it to Goodwill or something.
Don't buy from this company!

Huge let down

Huge let down.
The saw caught on fire and burned my hand. Not sever. No warning just burned all the wires and motor! All the reviews I read and all the research I did said it was #1 rated. Well I will insure you it's not #1. I will give it a 0 star rating. I only had it 3 months used it 3 times.
