I had a busted fan blade

I had a busted fan blade, contacted the company for replacement part and they said they would replace it for free. Just had to send a couple photos and it was a done deal. Received a brand new one within a week and no shipping charges. Impressed with customer service.

I had given the wrong delivery address…

I had given the wrong delivery address for the mini leaf blower and the customer service here turned it around in real time. I honestly have not received customer service like this in ages. A personal response and turnaround time has been unparalleled. Thank you so much for being a solid company with great customer support.

I ordered a woodranger weed walker just…

I ordered a woodranger weed walker just before Thanksgiving. We are now in March and I have yet to be able to use it.
It has been one blunder after another. I come home and find the cartons ripped open with parts and instructions missing. Your customer service people are totally in the dark. Since November you would think that someone would think that this needs to be fixed. If you asked to speak with someone in authority you get no answer. I have been asking for a management person all this time and have never been given a chance to speak with one. Maybe the don’t exist

Wood Ranger blower broke on the second time we used it.

I ordered and received the Wood Ranger leaf blower. It worked once and then it stopped blowing. The motor runs but the fan does not spin. I have been communicating with Customer Support since early January and have gotten no help. I think they keep pushing it off so I finally drop the claim

Longevity of Product VERY Poor!

I ordered 2 Wood Ranger mini chainsaws prior to Christmas. I gave one to my husband & intended to give one to my son-in-law this month, which I will NOT be doing. My husband used the chainsaw in early January (by now, it's already out of the 30 day warranty due to me buying it prior as a gift). My husband used it to trim palm tree boots and it did fine, except the batteries did not last as long as advertised (1 for 30 minutes and the 2nd for 15). After two uses, he fully charged the batteries (12 hrs) and while showing fully charged, the unit would not turn on. I sent a requested video to Wood Ranger, proving my husband knew how to slide in a battery and they said they could only offer me a "courtesy" purchase of ANOTHER chainsaw at 47.99 + $9.99 S&H because it was past the 30 day warranty. Unfortunately, I had since purchased 3 mini blowers, thinking this was a reputable company...so I just ate about $500 total. BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK! Their products have no longevity!!!

Great Customer Service /

I communicated with customer service several times before I ordered two items.
A Riley, held my hand all the way. She gave me detailed information and lots of advice. If your product is as good as the service Riley gave me, then you have a heck of a product. We are seniors and these items will help our grip and cleaning up our yard. I see mixed comments but I'm trusting your product is as good as your agent RILEY, I would not be order with out her help. Customer service is terrible

Customer service is terrible. They charged me shipping fees when shipping was to be free. Upon contacting them, they waived shipping fees. Delivery of product was to be 3 - 6 business days. I ordered the leaf blower on Feb.14. it is now Feb.25 and still no blower. Contacted Star in customer service on Feb 24 who originally said I would receive the blower in 3-6 days and was informed I got free shipping when shipping is $9.99 and it would be shipped this week. Snarky woman. I went on the website yesterday and shipping was free with delivery by 3/2. Checked status of my order today, and there is no order, all is blank. But they charged my credit card on 2/16. If the blower isn't shipped in the next two days, I will cancel and demand a refund. If all fails, I will notify my credit card company and dispute the charge and let them deal with Wood Ranger. Star find a new job. Customer service is not your calling.

I ordered an electric plant pruner…

I ordered an electric plant pruner shear for total amount $107.16 , when I opened the Box, I found out that they sent me a used item covered by dirt & scratches all over the tool and the case.
I notified their customer service right away via phone also an e-mail. Via e-mail they asked me for photos of the item, after I e-mailed them pictures, they e-mailed me back apologized and offered 10% refund. I refused the 10% refund and asked for replacement or return label. Then there was another e-mail offering 30% refund, again I refused and repeated my request.
Then they said I can return the item by my own cost because they do not think that item was used!! I returned the item and asked for full refund and hopefully I can get my money back.

Excellent Customer Service plus...

Truly Good Customer Service is very important to me when it comes to buying items! IF I can't get a hold of someone, then I do not order. I was given Excellent Customer Service when I contacted Wood Ranger Tools re a lil problem! They got right back to me and they corrected that small problem! Plus, it's great to have a nice small lightweight blower, being that I am a senior.

Wood Ranger's leaf blower, lightweight and effective!

Wood Ranger's leaf blower is lightweight and easily handled and for the uses I have, it is perfect. The customer service is outstanding. I ordered a second battery but received the wrong one. However, when I explained and provided photo visuals, Kevin in customer service immediately sent the right one. I am very pleased with Wood Ranger's blower...almost happy to tackle yard work again (at 77 years old, yardwork isn't always easy any more!)

Excellent company

Excellent company! We had an issue with a product and with no issues they are sending a new one. They got back to be immediately and were great! We have the mini chainsaw and it does the job great!

Customer Service terrific

The product took a bit longer to receive than anticipated but the customer service team were amazing! Responsive, caring, professional and they get 5 stars!! It is hard to find good customer service these days and they were stellar!

I paid $9.99 for expedited 3-5 day…

I paid $9.99 for expedited 3-5 day shipping. Called to check on order and was told 'they are very busy'. I was told I might get a confirmation email tomorrow (fifth day).
They should refund the $9.99 since they didn't get the 3-5 day shipping done that I paid for.
