Good but not great
Some wood strips are a bit loose which is making the strip lights loose and unable to stay in place so not thrilled with them to be honest. They look excellent though just more of a faff than expected for the price to sort the little problems out

Quick delivery great quality
Quick delivery great quality. Ordered wood panelling from Woodup because of the shelving and mirror, and other products that go with the panels. So glad I did, it's a brilliant system.

A well made product
A well made product. They are more expensive than other brands but I feel of a better quality. The items were packaged well and good delivery service. I’m looking forward to adding some of the accessories to the wall too.

I got the most amazing g panels and loved the colour the quality and also the timing g of my order was perfect. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to upgrade ther living space to order from you.

Great product easy to install
Great product easy to install, we mounted a tv cutting a channel in the felt to hide horizontal cables and ordered the cable tidy for vertical ones, used a mounting clip from Amazon to position a virgin media tv box above the tv, very pleased with end result! Arrived very quickly.

The quality of the panels is fantastic
The quality of the panels is fantastic. Thick backing to dampen sound - big thumbs up. The only reason I'm hesitating giving the full 5-stars is the light strips. I've got a whole bunch of the light strips and although they're really easy to install and get up and running, they've got a habit of 'peeling' out of the panel at the top.

Regarding the LED strips. Inside the LED packaging you should find small plastic clips, which are designed to secure the LED strips into the grooves. Fitting these clips along the channel will hold the strip tightly in place and prevent it from peeling out at the top.

The panels are amazing & customer service is 10/10
The products are amazing and have transformed my space. However, the customer service is incredible.
There was an issue with the delivery driver. He let the panels get wet in his van.
I called Woodupp and they arranged a collection and replacement delivery with a new driver straight away.
Best experience I’ve ever had.

Awful return policy with no…
Awful return policy with no flexibility, if some of the parts you order can’t be fitted by the time you finish the project the company won’t accept them back, even if they are unused and unopened
I ordered something over the holiday season around November for personal reasons we started the project only after the Christmas break , we had unopened goods which are still being sold on the website and we requested the company consideration given its still sold on their website and the timeline circumstances. All we got is “computer says no” you are out of your return window, although we tried a couple of times to explain.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear you’re disappointed with our returns decision.
Our terms and conditions are clearly shown on our website and during the checkout process, where customers are asked to confirm they have read and agreed to them before placing the order. While we always try to be as accommodating as possible, we do have a defined returns window rather than an open-ended policy, as this is necessary for us to manage stock levels and stock availability fairly for all customers.
In this case, the return was requested almost three months after the original purchase, which falls well outside of the stated returns period. Unfortunately, we’re therefore unable to accept the items back.
We do genuinely try to help wherever we reasonably can.

I didn’t get my samples that I ordered so I won’t recommend ordering from here

As soon as we became aware of the issue, we arranged for a replacement set of samples to be dispatched to you today. We have also reviewed the shipment with our courier partner and taken steps to help ensure the replacement reaches you successfully.
If the new samples do not arrive within the next couple of days, please contact us and we will organise delivery using an alternative courier.

Product is a good quality and looks great on the wall. TV mount is brilliant as it doesn’t stick out like others would. Delivery was quick. So very happy with the purchase.

Responsive and reliable
I found Woodupp to be professional and responsive. Delivery was very quick so don’t order until you need it! There was one item that was wrong and it was rectified immediately. We did use a carpenter to fit it as cutting it neatly would have been tricky for the layman especially the plug sockets holes!
We love the product too it looks fabulous. We were worried how the TV bracket would work but it’s fantastic and looks amazing.

As I type this, I'm looking at my wall using WoodUpp panels, shelves, hooks and light strip. From the packaging to the ease of installation to the ability to configure and reconfigure -- makes WoodUpp a joy with which to work.
My only complaint is sometimes the things that I want are out-of-stock so patience pays.
