At WoodUpp, we design products that make spaces feel extraordinary. From our signature acoustic panels to a growing range of accessories and interior solutions, everything we create is made to bring warmth, character, and calm to your environment.
We’re driven by a belief that great design should be both beautiful and functional—and that it should be built to last. Whether you’re styling a home, office, or commercial project, our products are easy to install, sustainably made, and designed to make a real impact.
We started WoodUpp because we saw a need for something better in the interior industry. Too many solutions are mass-produced, low quality, and forgettable. We're here to raise the bar—with craftsmanship, care, and a genuine commitment to doing things the right way.

Not happy at all
Not happy at all. I placed my order for 2 acupanels on the 29/9/2025. I was sent an e-mail saying i would receive my order the following day (30/9/2025) between 8am & 6pm. Took my day off work to be in, and there is no sign of my order, no communication letting me know what is the problem with the delivery, nothing. Bad service in this respect 1 star. Will not use again

I'm really sorry to hear about the missed delivery and completely understand your frustration, especially after taking the day off to be in. Our courier partner is usually fairly reliable when it comes to delivering on the date provided, but unfortunately, there can sometimes be unexpected delays due to things like traffic, vehicle breakdowns, or accidents.
That said, we’ve spoken with the courier this morning, and they’ve confirmed that your order is scheduled to go out for delivery again today. The driver is typically in your area between 12 and 3pm, so it should be with you shortly.
Again, I can only apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Great product, easy to fit.
Good choice of wood, had several samples below finally choosing the rustic oak. Easy to install, just need to remember you may need a heavy duty stapler depending on where you cut it, I had one already so no issue for me. Screwed and glued, solid fixing, looks great.

We are very pleased with the wood…
We are very pleased with the wood panels from Woodupp, they look luxurious onour bedroo wall. They were so easy to put up and it was easy to cut out the plug sockets using a jigsaw.
But I must say their customer service was extremely good. We had an issue with the delivery service who said the order was delivered when in fact it wasn’t. Greg and Jay were straight onto it and the issue was resolved very quickly. I would definitely recommend this company.
