Could not get delivery address correct…
Could not get delivery address correct on order paid for next day now been a a nearly week, now stuck with courier and Workwear Nation doing nothing about it.

Hi Craig, apologies that you have an issue with your order, as advised through emails unfortunately there has been an error with the delivery label, all our orders get automatically processed with the couriers and the business name has been missed off the label on the couriers side, we have emailed them to update the address but unfortunately the parcel is already returning back to ourselves, therefore we have dispatched a replacement order for you and this has since been delivered to you today, looking into the next day delivery this was purchased on a standard delivery option. Hi, I've just checked your order and you ordered at 3.41pm on Friday the 22nd December, past our 2pm cut-off for that day (we closed at 4pm as it was the last day prior to Christmas). Your order was processed on the 27th December when we returned and we quote 3-5 working days for some of the DeWalt products, today Jan the 1st being 2 working days since ordering due to the Christmas and New Year holidays. Hi Jayne, depending on which brand you purchase and our warehouse stock some orders may take longer to arrive, we always advise checking our delivery tab prior to purchasing to get an estimated delivery date and there is a banner at the top of our website to advise of this. We have taken a look into your order and can see this was dispatched directly from the manufacturer on a 5-8 working days delivery, to which your order arrived with yourself on the 7th working day. BETTER LATE THAN NEVER
I ordered 3 Snickers Polo shirts more than 6 weeks ago. I live in Australia, and was expecting delivery to take place at most, within 2 to 3 weeks. I just received my polo shirts, after 6 weeks, which is, way too long to have to wait for delivery to take place.
Workwear Nation is a good company, and the late delivery, can be attributed to the courier company, rather than WorkwearNation….✅✅✅
