I ordered stuff because their based son stoke bout 1 hour away from me !!!! My order has took 2 weeks to arrive, I could have collected them same day if I new !! And they use Hermes or evri the worst delivery service ever !!!!! Not happy

You ordered on Saturday the 26th August and your order was processed on Tuesday the 29th as it was Bank Holiday Monday. Today is three working days into your delivery from order, not two weeks. Hi Scott, I have taken a look into your order and can see you have purchased a Snickers item, for Snickers if we don't have the physical stock it gets dispatched directly from Snickers Poland and therefore we advise around 5-8 working days for delivery, your order was placed on the 25th and is due to be delivered today/tomorrow which is within the 5-8 working day window, for all our delivery information please see link below.

Ordered 2 new pair of work trousers
Ordered 2 new pair of work trousers, 38w 29l. When they arrived, they were 40w 29l. On the invoice that was sent with the trousers stated 40w 29l, when I checked my e-receipt/ purchase order, it says 38w 29l. Don't know if they had run out and sent a size bigger, technical issue or if they were just pulling a fly one. Unfortunately I needed them and had to persevere with them.

Hi Danny, apologies that you received the incorrect size, looking into this I can see this has occurred due to a glitch on our system as the order came through as a 40S, if you would have let us know we would have happily sorted this for you and got the correct size to you.
