World Tour is the best—phenomenal service from Neelesh!
I cannot praise World Tour enough, specifically Neelesh, for his swift and professional help. When my flight was abruptly cancelled by the airline, I was naturally stressed. However, World Tour answered my query immediately and Neelesh acted promptly to secure me an alternative booking without any hassle. His quick action completely saved my trip, and he truly deserves recognition for his amazing customer service!
To put it into perspective, my better half booked her trip through Travel Up and has been going through absolute torment trying to get a hold of them. She has been stuck on the phone for ages, only to be told they would call her back 2 days before her journey.
The difference in service is night and day. World Tour is miles ahead, and Travel Up seriously needs to do better. Thank you so much, Neelesh, for the peace of mind and the fantastic support!

They are price gougers and con artists.
They advertise on the booking sites, undercutting everyone else. Often flood the sites at every price range.
Then, when you book, they say "those seats are sold out" and say you have to pay several hundred pounds more.
The good reviews must be employees or paid reviewers.

At first I was abit wary as the prices…
At first I was abit wary as the prices seemed to good to be true considering the airline and connection times ect but Mr Munish and his team far exceeded that when I ran into a problem with my return flights, which was down to myself,
Mr Munish gladly took it all onboard immediately and kept me posted as correspondence was exchanged with the airline.
I purchased 2 other flights for my family without hesitation and look forwarded in doing so again for myself.
