At first I was abit wary as the prices seemed to good to be true considering the airline and connection times ect but Mr Munish and his team far exceeded that when I ran into a problem with my return flights, which was down to myself,
Mr Munish gladly took it all onboard immediately and kept me posted as correspondence was exchanged with the airline.
I purchased 2 other flights for my family without hesitation and look forwarded in doing so again for myself.

Very Good
I, Gamage, a frequent traveller between London and Colombo, Sri Lanka, and this was my first time booking tickets through World Tours Store. I chose them because they offered the most competitive fare available on a comparison website for my travel dates.
While attempting to complete my booking online, I was prompted to contact an agent via their website to discuss a potentially better fare. I then spoke with Soniya, who carefully explored all available options, including the benefits of purchasing flexible tickets. Her expertise and experience in customer service were immediately evident. She was professional, calm, friendly, and exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process, consistently striving to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Although I ultimately completed the booking through the World Tours Store website due to the lower price, there were unexpected issues when the airline was issuing the ticket. Soniya dedicated a significant amount of time liaising with the airline on my behalf and successfully resolved the matter, ensuring my ticket was authorised at the agreed fare.
The only suggestion I made was to ensure and to prevent confusion that ticket fares on the website are updated promptly to reflect the actual pricing, as fares tend to fluctuate frequently due to current middle east crisis which eventually leads to provide mileading information to the customers.
I am grateful to Soniya for her dedication, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Her willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience smooth and reassuring.

Where is my flight ticket???
Made a booking last Friday (22 May). Email confirmation said the eticket will be issued in 24 hours. After 6 days and 5 phone calls chasing it up, im still waiting with no confirmation of my flight. I keep being told its been confirmed and ticket will follow by the end of the day, to get nothing. Im starting to get worried this is some sort of scam because they provided a booking reference, however the airline cant find the details provided. Shocking customer service experience where they were quick enough to take my money but cant fulfill something so easy.

I bought a ticket from them on EgyptAir to Cairo, and five hours later someone from their side contacted me on WhatsApp. He said he wanted to call me, and I told him ok. When he called, he said the ticket price had increased by 60 pounds, but I could pay 30 pounds and they would issue the ticket. Of course, I refused and asked for a refund.

I originally booked flights to Japan through Cheapflights, which I have used before with no issues, but this time it redirected me to World Tour Store. I entered all my details and paid for the flights, but no money was taken from my account. I only received a confirmation email from the agency, not the airline, which immediately confused me.
I then received a phone call saying the tickets were “no longer available” at the advertised price and that I would need to pay more. I repeatedly said no and was passed between multiple different people on the phone who kept pressuring me until eventually I gave in and paid the extra amount.
I was told my tickets would arrive within 48 hours. After 3 days I still had nothing, so I called again and was told they would “sort it now.” Hours later there was still no update, so I had to call AGAIN before finally receiving the tickets.
Even then, the booking reference would not work on the airline’s website. After multiple calls, I was told I had to contact the airline directly and provide passport information, information I had already given the agency. When I contacted the airline, I discovered the agency had entered one passenger’s date of birth incorrectly. Getting this corrected took forever.
The communication throughout the entire process was awful.
My partner had booked the exact same flight directly through the airline after seeing the problems I was having. A month later, the airline cancelled the flights. He was informed immediately. I received absolutely nothing because the agency held the booking details. After over a week with no communication, I called them myself only to be casually told, “Oh yeah, your flight was cancelled.” I genuinely could have turned up at the airport completely unaware.
They then tried pushing me to book another flight instead.
I requested a refund and was told it would take up to 2 months because it was “more complicated through an agency,” despite my partner already receiving his refund directly from the airline. The refund process started in February. By the end of March, I was constantly chasing them. Every call was a different excuse:
“We’ll call you back” — they never did.
“7 business days.”
“It’s almost in your account.”
“We can see the transaction.”
Nothing ever happened.
Eventually, I had to involve my bank, provide all the evidence and call records, and I FINALLY got my money back in MAY.
Absolutely horrendous experience from start to finish. Poor communication, constant pressure tactics, misinformation, delays, and endless excuses. I have recordings of the calls and promises they made and the false information I was repeatedly given. I have also contacted lawyers and ATOL regarding the situation.
I would never recommend booking through this agency.

We also regret the delays and lack of timely updates regarding your tickets, cancellation, and refund. Because the booking was made through an agency, we first had to wait for the airline to process the refund back to our business payment method before issuing it to you, which caused delays. We understand how frustrating this must have been and are truly sorry for the experience.
As per our records, we have checked and can confirm that the refund has already been processed.

I cannot give 5 stars because......
I cannot give 5 stars given the hassle I received with having to rearrange flight times (at the request of WTS) after I had searched, booked, paid for and received confirmations of the flights I had chosen. I was given to believe that this situation arose on account of the airline but it would be wrong to say the whole process was worthy of a 5 stars rating.
Nonetheless, after at least 3 hours of telephone conversations and numerous emails Ujjawal, Munish and Neelesh were, between the three of them, able to resolve matters to my satisfaction including assignment of preferred seating for both outbound and inbound flights – thank you chaps!
