I didn't have to wait longer than 10mins and there was a car always near me as I used it twice in the same day. The cars are spacious and comfy too I also like how easy it is to book online +you can contact the driver directly and you know who is picking you up -they give more than just a car registration plate info

Courteous and well mannered driver. He assisted us to get in the vehicle, and was polite to other road users. When driving our road humps, he slowed down so that the passengers did not feel uncomfortable. Drove very carefully, without being tooslow. Did not speed.

The Driver was a Nightmare
The driver that came to take me to Stratford - was a disaster! He said he was outside of my home - when I got there - he was no where to be found. I had to call him on my Pay & Go mobile - which cost me £3! Then he didn’t even know how to work his GPS - to get me to Stratford! He told me he was trying his best! I told him - they should have sent me someone - who knows London!! I was almost late for my Vet’s appointment! I have been using Addison Lee for over 20 years - but this was my Worst experience!! Addison Lee services is a disaster now!! I asked for a Taxi - they sent me a people’s carrier - and that is NOT the first time!!

Generally good, but one total failure
Generally good, with prompt and reliable service. Disappointed by recent total failure, when I was messaged that my driver had been changed 10 minutes after time he was due. Replacement driver did not arrive for another 25 minutes. Traffic congestion meant he could not take me to my hospital appointment, so I had to walk and arrived 35 minutes late. I hope this was a one off, so I am giving AL another chance.
