Overrall this year
Overrall, punctuality is good.
However, for the old and infirm, it is difficult to understand why no consideration has been given to getting in and out of the suv's, given that the height above the road or pavement is so unreasonably high. Fortunately some drivers provide a stool to overcome this oversight. The above is based upon a number of rides this year.

The booking team were helpful and we…
The booking team were helpful and we needed a standard car with low chassis, which they accommodated. I still would like Addision Lee to be able to despatch WAV cars, ideally the Peugeot or VW Caddy as this would be ideal. The drivers to-and-from destination were kind and offered to help and they drove safely, which is very important. The cars were well kept, clean and very good condition.

Peaceful early morning pick-up.
It was a very early pick up at 4am. The driver was attentive when I first got in the vehicle, to make sure I was not too cold or too warm. It was a peaceful journey with no chatting which is perfect at 4am! The drive was smooth and overall a good experience.
