V good drivers
V good drivers! These new cars I difficult to access if you have an injury because they are so high. Has to be front seat at the moment. The drivers agree you need a lower step to access the rear.

Always ask the client if they want radio/music on.
As usual the timing was perfect, the car was extremely clean and comfortable and the driver was pleasant. HOWEVER, the driver had his radio turned on all the time which is not acceptable. I know that I could have asked him to turn it off which is unpleasant. He should be the one asking if we did not mind. Result : I gave 4stars and a poor tip.

There was a delay in our flight…
There was a delay in our flight arriving from Jeddah,therefore the original Addison Lee driver was unable to pick us up from Heathrow.
When we ranf Addison Lee upon arriving the message we received from them wasthat another driver was on his way and he was only a few minutes away.
The driver came to the meeting point and helped with the luggage as well.
We received excellent service fro. Addison Lee drivets both when leaving UK and arriving back.
Highly recommend them to anyone for airport transport.
