I would never use this company again. They don't seem to understand the trauma after a car accident but are only interested in the injuries you can see. Make sure you do your homework and get the help you need. Don't be fobbed off!

I had my accident the end of April 2025 and has taken 18 months to sort out, which to me is shocking, admiral where good when I made the claim, really helpful and understanding, but then using there nobody replying to my queries for days on end, eventually I was given a case handler after months of frustration, the case handler has been good and helpful, the industry needs to have a look at itself I have not been awarded what I lost in income so I am out of pocket by an accident that was no fault of myself, but have been made to feel like I wasn't the victim in it, it has certainly affected my mental health and have lost all trust in the insurance industry, it was my first claim and I hope I don't have too again, I reckon I am 1000's out of pocket.

It's my first time using Admiral Law. Called their line and the case handler was able to explain the details and present in a professional and clear way that I can understand and follow.
