Answered questions to my satisfaction

Shocking case handlers I’ve had about 4 different and had to chase everyone and I had to send the information 3 different times and 7 months after accident happened I’m still waiting for compensation payments not that it’s all about the payment but really should it take this long 🤷‍♂️

Excellent communication and explanation of what happens next. Felt at ease going through the accident.

After needing an easy well informed process I have been assisted in the best manner possible.

Excellent, efficient service. However, Admiral Insurance did not inform us that we needed to contact Admiral Law ourselves to initiate the deductable claim until quite late in the day. Instead they told us that they had passed all the relevant information on themselves. This caused confusion and delay. Once it was in the hands of Admiral Law the case proceeded without fault.

A very variable experience which ended well after a poor start. Following a RTA in 2024, nothing much happened for 12months during which my case handler was changed multiple times. Eventually, I was assigned a case handler who was extremely professional and responsive. My compensation case was eventually settled to my satisfaction in Aug 26.

Ben R (my case handler) was absolutely incredible, so responsive, and was intentional with messages and gathering information. He kept me up to date every step of the way and was professional yet friendly and understanding. Thanks again Ben R.

Some things you can’t control re: timings, so that has to be expected. Everything else Ben R was able to do he did exceptionally well.

I am writing to highly commend Sianed my case handler who literally embodies going above and beyond. Sianed has such a high degree of emotional intelligence and sincerity which cannot be faked. She is so compassionate and cares deeply about her clients. It was such a pleasure to speak with her each time and know that I was in such good hands. I was very impressed by the dedication, swift response time and highly personable nature Sianed possessed. She genuinely cares.
I previously spoke with Abigail her Manager who I must mention was equally outstanding and both are phenomenal at their roles.
I hope that Sianed is recognised for being such a terrific brand ambassador to Admiral. She listens intently to everything you say and this shows a high degree of intellect and empathy.

Very disappointed with my experience with Admiral Law.

The amount of time it took for my case to progress was extremely frustrating. I felt that matters were unnecessarily delayed and that the process moved far more slowly than it should have.

Throughout the process, I was passed between different members of staff and repeatedly had to explain my situation and the background to my case. This was particularly frustrating as I expected there to be some continuity and proper communication between the people dealing with my case.

At various points, I genuinely felt that I wasn’t being listened to or that my concerns were not being taken seriously. I often had to chase for updates rather than feeling that my case was being actively progressed.

Overall, the experience left me feeling frustrated, disappointed and let down by the level of service. The lack of communication, continuity and apparent urgency made an already stressful situation considerably more difficult.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Admiral Law.
