Clear and lovely customer service agent called me after my accident. I was rather confused due to a concussion and she was very patient and repeated everything back to ensure clarity.

Helpful call handler.
The call handler I spoke with was very professional and was happy to take the time needed to explain the claim process to me. The call handler was also very polite and respectful and it was a pleasure talking to him.

I have had a claim in progress for 4…
I have had a claim in progress for 4 1/2 years and is only just being settled now. It wasn’t a difficult case either and the hold up has been completely caused by the Admiral Law team. Communication is terrible and I have had to chase constantly for updates. You are now unable to call through to your case handlers and have to use a portal, which was very rarely checked. Honestly, avoid using where possible.

The process was seamless
The gentleman I spoke with was very understanding and helpful throughout the process.He explained the claim process and what to expect in terms of requirement and what is required of me to make a succcessful claim.
