All services were fine but took a bite time to respond when needed support.

Had a car crash on the motorway where my car was written off in August 2024 and the other side admitted full liability. Some good things from this was the CBT that helped me overcome the arising driver and passenger phobia. However, two years on, yet to see a penny of compensation nor reimbursement for arising expenses and there has been a series of avoidable delays after delays so much so that I’ve had to start the complaints process outlined by the legal ombudsman service. Still haven’t had a proper discussion about my MRI findings and going to a separate spinal consultant to look into my back and spine separately; going to a chiropractor and probably a spinal physiotherapist though not expecting any reimbursement for that at this rate. Wouldn’t recommend.

Pretty much useless. They do not do much more than collecting documents and sending them to the insurance. They do not actually deal with handling an accidents. Only good thing was they commissioned a doctor so I could get some compensation for my rather small injuries. But everything else I could also easily have done myself.

Daniella was kind and sympathetic when guiding us through the whole personal injuries claims form. She provided reassurance and advice while setting up the process.

I spoke with Keely Goodall about a recent car accident. I've had to go through a lot of admin, calling different departments, repeating the same answers over and over to different people. But Keely was very helpful and friendly and really made it so much easier. Amazing customer service, answered all my questions and was very clear and reassuring. 10/10

I have written a review on 16/7/2026 in my wife's name as i was driving her car and she was the main policy holder. I today read the review and noticed that Admiral Law claimed that I have not replied to them and they are not to investigate the matter. I noticed there were text messages asking me to login to the portal, I tried but it s not working anymore. I think it is due to the fact that the case is now close. This again show that they are not serious in dealing with complaint. They have my email address, I hereby ask them to email me if they want to find out more about the case and with any sense of improving the service. At this time I maintain that there service is POOR, their own word when offering me compensation.

Slow patchy communication, apathetic agents and terrible communication and then had the audacity to take the full commission possible for awful lackadaisical service. If you have the option do not claim with admiral law

I had to fill claim on line, very poor site to fill in on phone. I had law included, they were prompt in contacting me. I tried to use robot chat, worse than useless. Physio response, very prompt. Claim figure prompt decision. Can't understand when it's not your fault you don't get a courtesy car. Staff I was able to speak to were lovely. But system around support of claimant could be better. So repetitive questions, I'm not a robot.
