Great pension company
Great pension company. Very helpful and knowledgeable, easy to contact if support is needed. Their pension portal is much easier to use than the others that I have.

The customer service people were unable to assist with what I thought was a simple query and despite being passed to several different people both on the Web Chat and via the phone I did not get a satisfactory solution to my query.

Really helpful customer service staff
I recently contacted customer services with a query. Although it took a while to get through the automated system once I spoke to a person they couldn't have been more helpful. Guiding me through everything I needed and staying on the phone until everything was completed satisfactorily.

Excellent customer service!
Spoke with Robiah in customer service who was excellent in explaining all of my options She was very patient and took me step by step completing my online submission. Aegon's website is very informative and easy to use and the completion date was really efficient.
