Supposedly a reliable financial institution but are unable to use access codes for LPAs and will only accept the original LPA if it is mailed in and for it not to be returned.
Completely ridiculous and not compliant with government policy.

Outstanding customer service. I contacted them via web chat and was able to speak with a real person, not an automated bot. The representative answered all my questions, handled my issue professionally, and resolved everything quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended for their excellent support.

Telephone call resolved all
Initially I was put to a digital assistant - total waste of MY time. But once I found a telephone number to contact all my issues were resolved.
