All the spaces on the second and third floors near the elevator are reserved for the Hotel? No more incentive for frequent users of the facility ?

Slow pickup
Since they now pickup and and dropoff at the same time. The service has declined. I had to take the Crowne Plaza shuttle after waiting 30 minutes.

Hard to find location
Hard to find location. Could not figure out shuttle location. Ended up using the hotel shuttle. Had to Uber back to location due to not having pick up location

Parking was ok but we had to wait…
Parking was ok but we had to wait 40minutes to be picked up from the airport. And when we wanted to complain to the manager , she was very rude and disrespectful.

Clean covered facility
Clean covered facility and the frequency of shuttle runs is wonderful. Its drivers and checkout personnel are helpful, courteous and accommodating. Keep up the excellent service!

I like this place
I like this place. They take reservations, and there is covered parking. We park here whether we come down and spend the night at the Crowne Plaza, or just go directly to the airport. Lots of shuttles, and they are always helpful and plentiful.

The parking experience with the Airport…
The parking experience with the Airport Center was exceptional and the pricing was very fair. It was basically effortless and the shuttle from parking to my airport terminal and then the pickup back was excellent.

The prices used to be lower and had less complications. I’ve noticed a bigger gap in between transports and now added stops to other hotels. It makes it less demanding to stay.
