Straight forward and very easy
Straight forward and very easy. My only problem was the small parking spaces. Some cars were parked to take up 2 spaces.

Good place to park your vehicle but the parking lots are small per car and they fill up quickly - I think du rounding businesses has their employees park there

Overall good experience
Overall good experience. Shuttle driver friendly and helpful. Return pickup was easy. Parking spaces very narrow.

I used this facility on July 29
I used this facility on July 29, 2018. It was easy in and out for me, except I had trouble finding the entrance without sign from street. I called the office, they were helpful to direct me to parking lot entrance which is located in the alley way between the Crown Plaza and Airport Center . it would help if the entrance sign is more conspicuous. The shuttle service was good.
I would definite recommend this facility.

Super shuttle
I been finding a parking spot no higher than fourth floor lately,that is great! And the gals at the exit pay booth are courteous and knowledgeable....I highly recommend..shuttles are often and quick...

Couldn’t find a parking spot even after…
Couldn’t find a parking spot even after having a reservation. Had to ask the parking attendent after driving around for 15 minutes.. he advised I could park in the reserved parking.

Hard to find parking in the covered areas, but the parking is a good price and the shuttle van is very convenient!!

Have parked here two times...
Have parked here two times, reserving online in advance both times. Once with no issues, shuttle came fairly quickly. The other, I waited for over 20-25 minutes with no shuttle arriving to get me to LAX. Given I was close to missing a flight, I debated taking an uber/lyft. I called the operator who told me a shuttle would arrive in under 5 minutes, so I waited...another 10 minutes...before one arrived. Given the lovely LAX traffic loop, I ended up leaving the shuttle at the first terminal and running illegally through roads meant only for cars in order to get to my terminal faster. Not fun.
Also - how are these parking spaces so laughably small?? NO ONE parks within the lines.

Excellent We would recommend this parking center to all of friends and family members that travel from LAX. Our car was safe and did not have any damage.
