Pain free parking
Drop off and pick up were both very smooth. Staff was extremely welcoming and courteous. Would definitely use again!

I would probably actually give it 4…
I would probably actually give it 4 stars, but I think a lot of people give this place a low rating because they don't follow instructions. Parking spots are a little bit small, but the price is reasonable and the shuttle service is fairly responsive. We had no problem finding a parking spot. We parked and left our car around 5am and there was a shuttle ready for us. On the way back we called for a shuttle and it arrived shortly after. If you reserve the spot beforehand online (as we did), you should bring the printed proof of the final cost just in case, but when we went to pay it was less than the price originally listed, so the worker kindly gave us the cheaper price. Would definitely use it again

It was not made clear where the pickup…
It was not made clear where the pickup site was and we waited for a long time. We called and could not understand the person who answered, It took a couple of calls to realize we were on the wrong level. All the other lots were picking up on ground level but not this one.

Sorry to hear you had difficult locating where the pick up area is. The airport decided to move us downstairs without notice, we have posted signs in the waiting area and in our website. Our drivers are giving each customer that gets on the shuttle a business card with the pickup information. Hopefully you will give us another chance to prove that we are positing the right information.

A little more of improvement
Either the parking spaces are small or they don't enforce when vehicles take up two spaces. Price is fair for the distance of the airport with the shuttle. But they definitely need more shuttles for pick ups on weekends. Wait time for a pick up back to the parking structure is long.

We take our feedback very important. We have been enforcing our guests to park in the right compact space and our shuttles run every 10 to 15 minuets. During the weekend traffic at LAX is overcrowded with traffic which delays our pickup.Please give us another chance, we are working with our drivers very closely.

Not worth it!
We drove up and down every row and could not find a space. There were a number of cars taking up 2 spaces, apparently with no consequence. I guess the low price was too good to be true! Fortunately, we left home early and traffic was light, or we might have missed our flight. We ended up leaving the lot after searching for 30 minutes, ended up parking at Joes for about 30% more.

Airport Center has several shuttles…
Airport Center has several shuttles running so you're wait is never more than 5-10 mins. However, the parking spots are a bit small so cars tend to take up 2 spaces. This causes an issue when you're looking for a vacant space.

Very Close to LAX
Indoor parking, free shuttle, friendly staff, close to LAX, and excellent customer service response when I called the location for assistance! Will consider using next time and recommended. Costlier than others, but worth it.

The price is good but...
The price is good but....
But I had couple of issues with this parking. It was really hard to find empty parking spot because most of parking lots are either reserved by Marriott or other residential (commercial) parking. It is also connected to other parking structures that made me over 20 minutes to find my parking spot. Some spots has low sealing, so my trunk door hit the sealing when it opens.

I started parking here a long time ago…
I started parking here a long time ago and have just continued to do so. Never any issues except for stupid people who park crooked in their spots which could be any lot. Never any damage to my car which is ultimately what’s important. Good price.

Outstanding experience
Ease of access, frequent transfer service, courteous and helpful drivers and outstanding cashiers at check-out.
The last thing one wants upon arrival after a long trip is a long wait for the shuttle followed by a challenging experience at the cashier.
Airport Center's service folks are outstanding!

Parking lot was almost full
Parking lot was almost full. I had to drive to the last level to find parking spot even though my reservation had been paid off the previous week. You should have some reserved spots on the first 2 floors for pre-paid reservation customers.
