A bit hard to know exactly where to park; everything else is fine.

Easy, convenient, guarantees my space and is a little less expensive.

You guys are awesome. Near the airport, shuttle is always waiting at the parking garage to take me to the airport. And the shuttle is there to pick me up at the terminal within minutes of calling. Your price is competitive and by making reservations and using the discounts I always get a great deal compared to other parking locations. Keep up the great work!

Car damaged without accepting responsibility. Not using your services again

It was very affordable. And they were very nice. They took great care of us and our car. Very efficient. Would totally use them again. Excellent!!

Made on-line reservation to get a discount, no discount given on the way out.

If you have a BMW, do not park here, they will steal your airbags. If you have a Chevy, GMC, or Cadillac tahoe or suburban DO NOT PARK HERE. It is GUARANTEED that your third row seats WILL be stolen. This parking lot does NOT have security cameras in the parking lot making it an easy place for crime. I came back from a trip and found out my entire third row had been stolen, my back window broken and sides damaged, paint damage. Had to call LAPD and write up reports with insurance. HUGE hassle. Save yourself the money and park ANYWHERE else.

Airport center is priced right, it's near the airport, the shuttles are *reasonably* prompt. The only complaint I have is that the spaces are *SO* tiny, that lots of them end out left empty, with not enough room for a car. If they re-painted their spaces with a reasonable width, I'm *convinced* they'd actually fit more cars, because every space could be used. Please widen your spaces, and then you'll be perfect!

Customer service was great, but the facility itself was terrible. The parking spaces were all too narrow so that most cars were parked taking over 2 spaces. It took almost 15 minutes of driving up and down the aisles before I managed to squeeze my car into a spot. When I returned from my trip the elevators were out of order, so I had to lug my suitcase up the stairs to the top floor of the garage.

2 stars only because it was so close to the airport and the drivers and gate attendant were very friendly.

Getting a shuttle did not happen upon return

We found Airport Center after the one we were going to down the street closed. We like everything about Airport Center, self park, that it's covered, the price and proximity to the airport. We did have a challenge with the elevators being down on one visit but that thankfully that has been rectified. I recommend them when anyone asks!

I can always count on Airport Center parking to be there when I need them.

A few months ago, I made the mistake of using one of their competitors - because that had a cheaper price advertised online - but when I went there to park my car, it took a VERY LONG time for me to find a place to park in their over-booked lot - and I almost missed my flight!

I have never had any problems like that with Airport Center parking. :)

Most parking spaces are too narrow. It took over a year to get the elevators working.

Parking was good and glad the elevators have been fixed. Long wait for the shuttle bus at the garage.

Service met my expectations. Location is close to airport and service was courteous.

First time user.I made a reservation thinking I would have a spot. Showed up at appointment time and a sign said to look above the first parking level. I did for 35 minutes. No space from level 2 on up. Second time around level 3 an employee just shrugged his shoulders and walked away, I then drove to the level 1 exit. A very friendly attendant told me the problem was that people can enter to park without a reservation causing no availability. She had me back out of the exit and had me park 30 feet away from the exit booth on level1. Never again will I use this terrible system.

I've parked at this site for over 20 years. So far, it's been safe and I have never experienced any thefts or vandalism to my car. I am disappointed with the off and on broken elevators closer to the shuttle bus area. It's no fun carrying luggage 5 flights of stairs. The sign didn't tell me there was another set of elevators on the other end.
