Bought a fridge online about a month ago that was faulty, I’ve sent many emails asking for a replacement still haven’t heard back from them, very poor customer service

I just called customer support to see why I received an email saying my click and collect order would be refunded if I didn’t pick it up in 24 hours. I ordered it on Sunday - 5 days ago The lady who I spoke to was absolutely rude- after waiting 7 min for them to pick up, she was blunt and said I had to pick it up when they said or it would be refunded. I told her it hasn’t even been 7 days . She couldn’t care less. When I asked her why they do that, a blunt answer saying no that’s what the website says. Her tone and over phone attitude was disgusting. It definitely made me think twice before shopping with them again.

Bought the 3000lbs atlantic boat winch, after 3 uses the thing started to seize up, had to physically hold the in-out control cord in and lots of mechanical issues. Rang Anaconda, first time got told no warranty, which was incorrect, second time got sent a return slip and requested a refund, rang every other week for 3 months before anything was done, instead of a refund they sent another one so now have to wait another 2-3 weeks for a refund!! Anaconda customer service is an absolute joke!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!

Phoned Hawthorn store to find the only local stock left, I asked if possible to have it delivered to the Hoppers Crossing store and was told "yes, we will have it there tomorrow."
When I collected this very large fridge, I was told that Matt from Hawthorn store had delivered the fridge in his own car on his way to a family function!!

The huge fridge is now in use and cooling drinks for the family camping trips.

50% sale faked up.

Saw 50% sale this weekend and took my family there to buy few snow gloves.

Firstly the staff weren't aware of the sale and moreover they didn't have those products in store. When showed one of the product to the store person, she says that she hasn't seen this item for 4 years now. How ridiculous it can be... seriously.

However, we tried many of the full priced gloves and ending up spending couple of hundred bucks to get snow gloves for our 4 member family.

The staff didn't even bother to address my issue and was totally reluctant to even give me a store discount. They were constantly saying "The stock is whatever we have got over here in display and we don't know about the sale". What kind of answer this can be?

This looks like a total ripoff of your hard earned money. Looks like they're making use of the monopoly as they're the only store in that area.

Feeling helpless.

Would obviously score zero. Their customer service is appalling, their returns policy for faulty equipment seems to border on illegal. Avoid at all costs.

On friday30/10/20 we did an urgent ring around to find a size 14 sandal .after 4/5 dif.businesses...we found Gemma at your Butler store....not only was she pleasant and helpful she went out of her way find what we were after ( giving us choses even !) ..thankfully we were only 15 mins away so managed to pick up 2 different styles ...being a member helped with the finances also ...So once again THANK YOU GEMMA FOR YOUR EFFORT AND SERVICE .. Bought thermal tops online which were supposed to be delivered within 2-5 days. When I did not receive the items within stipulated time and the tracking showed that the items have not moved at all in the past 4 days, I contacted Anaconda customer care. First of all I had to hold for 30 minutes before I was answered and after that the person on phone was so unconcerned and unsympethatic and just asked me to wait for few more days. Did not offer any apology or any help to look into it and seemed annoyed at me calling them just for the delay. I was already feeling bad but felt unwanted and not valued atall after my talk with the customer care representative. Terrible communication and customer care.

Will never buy from them again.

I got a tent from here and used it two weeks ago. Very happy with it. The lady in the store was very helpful.
