Happy with how customer service Harry in particular dealt with a refund in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Ease of ordering from website, very quick delivery and excellent service from Conor when I had a minor query on one of the items when it was delivered. Arnotts please keep up your standard of customer service staff, it's quite rare these days!

I would like to share some positive feedback following a recent visit to Arnotts. The assistant manager, Dagmara, provided an excellent level of customer service that truly stood out. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in advising my wife on her shoe choice, taking the time to ensure she found the right option. At the same time, Dagmara went above and beyond to assist me with validating my One4All card, which was proving quite challenging. Her patience, professionalism, and willingness to help made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Dagmara’s attitude and attention to detail reflect very positively on Arnotts. Her level of customer service was excellent, and it’s clear that Arnotts has a rising star on its team.

My package did not arrive as advised. Customer service though was excellent. Connor acknowledged that my packet was indeed delayed. He apologised offered me a full refund . I decided to esit for the packet as I could not get my product elsewhere. A refund of postage was offered. All done with curtesy and efficency.

Days after Christmas where I thought would be high intensity, Sarah in the shoe section was really helpful and accommodating to everything we wanted and needed - from getting sizes to helping with the loyalty programme on the app. Made the experience that much better!

Amazing support from the customer service team in Arnotts. I ordered an item that was incorrect and Arnotts refunded me my money without any fuss. Carmel and the team were super.

A very frustrating experience with my order on the 9th December being delayed for almost 2 weeks...there was no communication from Arnotts to say when I might receive it and the AI chat and email option just gave generic and conflicting information. Once I managed to get through on the phone and spoke to a member of staff the delay was sorted within 24 hours and I now have my item. I can't thank the customer service team enough, I can imagine it must be difficult answering calls from customers who have already tried the AI contact option (which is really offputting and frustrating from a customer point of view!)
I would hesitate to shop here again, not necessarily because of the long delay in shipping my order - which is understandable at this time of year - but because of the sheer lack of communication about the delay...if I hadn't been able to get through to customer service on the phone I wouldn't have received my item before Christmas and that just isn't good enough.

A post purchase issue was resolved really quickly and pleasantly during Christmas week.

Sarah was absolutely amazing, she understood the problem and resolved the issue in no time.

This company is a joke on customer service,avoid avoid avoid,unable to contact a human here ,how have things become this bad,do not buy off this website ,go anywhere else

Awful service.
Ordered a 5 piece wok set as a Christmas present. It arrived in time for Christmas but they sent a grill square pan instead. Not what I ordered at all. Checked my order to make sure I ordered the right thing - which I did.
Will now have to go to the shops elsewhere and try get one before Christmas.
Absolute waste of time. Wouldn’t bother again.

Would just like to add I did call on Thursday once I received the wrong item and Ellie was very helpful and apologetic. She was very understanding of the situation and had the patience of a saint. She replied to emails promptly.
I returned the item Friday and received the full refund yesterday (Saturday). Very good customer service from Ellie but I did opt for the refund as I wanted to get the right thing in time for Christmas. (Added the extra star for Ellie helping so quickly and efficiently).

Terrible experience. Customer care is absolutely terrible. Placed an order on 9th of December to have it for christmas. Got a confirmation of shipping but the courier has not received the parcel when I track it. The customer care is terrible and cannot tell me where the parcel is and tries to blame it on the courier even though they sent a flase shipping confirmation email. They will not guarantee it will be even dispatched before christmas, not mind delivered. I spent a lot of money on this order and am left in the dark now as to whether I will have it or not. Never again.

Placed an order on 29th November for click and collect. No order update almost 2 and a half weeks later. Customer service give the same line each time I contact them, that it will be delivered the next day. They can't even tell me where the order is or if it will be here on time for Christmas. Will never shop with them again. UPDATE: I have cancelled the order and asked for a full refund. Arnotts are saying they will only refund part of the order until they find out where it is. Absolutely disgraceful. Spend your money elsewhere.

I’m disappointed with Arnotts online shopping now I have to say.

I ordered two radios. Roberts radios.
I didn’t mind that there was a long delay at all as you would expect that at this time of the year. Mind you, I received all other items from other online companies on schedule.

But to receive the radios wrapped in black bin liner and brown tape with no protective wrapping, just their own thin boxes, not even bubble wrap of any kind around the boxes.

They may as well of sling shot them over to my house. No care in the packaging at all. Shocking.

I’ll be very lucky if they even turn on.
That will be another review I bet.

This year I've done all my shopping online using Irish retailers. Only one of who has let me down, Arnotts. I placed an order 6 days ago, I received an immediate email informing me that shipping details would follow. That has yet to happen. The items are still not sorted for posting. The AI bot on the customer service chat forum put me in contact with a live agent, the live agent just repeated the same phrase, which blamed the delay on a black Friday surge in custom causing a small issue. No guarantee could be given that the order would be processed, and an offer of a refund was made. This was my first online purchase this Christmas, the others I made were subsequent to it, all of which are done, delivered, wrapped and under the tree. I'm going to respectfully suggest black Friday was a busy time for all my Irish suppliers of Christmas gifts. 6 days to process an order is not a small issue methinks.

Terrible delivery service , I have been waiting well over the time frame I was given for my order to arrive and when I contact Arnotts they can’t give me an answer to where it is. Will never shop with this company again
