Only bat thing I have to say is your system for customers picking up goods,from time of ordering and paying to actually leaving your yard was an hrs.
Had to stand by gate and wait for someone to ask me for ticket then they dissappear to load up forklift then come out to me and help me load my van they guy who did this was very helpful I must say but it's your system that let's it down.

Ordered tongue & groove fence panels…
Ordered tongue & groove fence panels online which you could only order by height. When I fitted panels into 6ft posts they were too short. When I phoned to ask why I was told they buy in from Europe who’s panels are 1.8m not 1.83m If this was in the description online I would not have purchased them.
A one day job turned into a 2 day.

What a great find!
What a great find, did the sleepers that we needed and they didn't have a ridiculously high delivery charge. Delivered first thing on the day specified, they did ask if I wanted them the day before as they were in the area but sadly i couldn't make that delivery slot. Delivery guy was a complete diamond, hoisted the sleepers over and dropped them into the front garden, honestly couldn't have been happier.
Would definitely recommend this company and i will definitely be using again.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I was travelling a considerable distance to look at their products so I phoned in advance and was told that the stock was there and it was fine to visit and be shown around. Half an hour later when I arrived, I was told they couldn't show me around because they didn't have enough staff that day - even though I pointed out that I'd phoned in advance and was told it would be fine. Very poor experience.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating it must have been to travel a considerable distance after calling ahead, only to find that we were unable to assist you as promised.
While stock was available, we clearly failed to communicate the staffing situation properly and should have managed your expectations before you made the journey. That’s not the level of service we aim to provide, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Ben is always easy and quick to deal with. Helps with anything I’m unsure of also and protect and deliveries late always on point. Recommend very very highly. My only trusted fencing and sleeper supplier.
