Friendly helpful service from both the engineers and their colleague in the office. The engineers will have to come back tomorrow to complete the job but in the meantime I am back online! A hot job as they had to mend cables in a ploughed field and then dig deep holes to put them in.

Having been with B4rn for 3 years I feel I should leave a review. We are out in rural Norfolk and have had the pleasure of being a customer of B4rn since we moved in.

Our mighty 1gb download and 1gb upload has been hassle free the whole time, these are speeds you would expect in a city not a leafy village nestled amongst the farmers fields of Norfolk!

With customer service a 5 star hotel would be struggling to match! This is said with first hand experience as I took a hedge trimmer to the feed coming into our property, sorry guys! After a quick call to the support team we had our local engineer Tom present at our address within 12hrs! Tom would have been with us the same day if it hadn’t been so late.

Repair was made quickly with such professionalism by Tom. Tom was happy to explain everything as he went about completing the job too, really is fascinating stuff!

We cannot thank B4rn, the team and Tom enough. We can genuinely recommend B4rn to any and all. Speed, customer service and pace all 10/10.

I've been with B4rn for over 10 years. In all that time I've only had two issues. With a super friendly local call centre, it's very easy to get in touch and have your problem quickly understood. They offer great value for money. I only pay £5.00 more a month than I did 10 years ago. Very few Broadband providers can say that. A few weeks ago I needed my router replacing and this was done in less than 24 hours.
If you are looking around for a new provider, take a good look at B4rn. You won't be disappointed.
