Perfect service from start to finish. The engineer respected my home, undertook the replacement quickly and effectively. Very polite, fast and effective service. Highly recommended it's 5 stars from me.

My assessor Steven was courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable, he took his time to listen to my requirements and talked through the options of equipment that can support me whilst in the office. I found him to be warm and friendly and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Brilliant service. The bloke who put my chair and desk together was fantastic. He explained everything and set it all up to my person specs.
The chair has made a massive difference for pain in my back / neck / shoulders and to be able to stand up and continue working is a benefit to me as well as my organisation. I feel valued again.

Quick delivery, easy to put together

The team at BCS have simply been brilliant, in particular Oliver Jones, Technical Exec. Oliver used his extensive knowledge to support us with a very technically challenging, replacement chair solution for a colleague. All the while ensuring the end customer was at the centre of the discussions, that all their complex needs were met in the most efficient way possible. Oliver also ensured the solution provided was a future-facing as possible and he could not have done more than he did, short of building and delivering the actual chair himself.
The delivery of the chair by Ian was exceptional in the whole service and support too. Ian ensured that the end user knew how to safely operate all the parts of the chair solution and was comfortable before he left site.
Thank you for helping to rectify a challenging issue in such a supportive, human-centred manner, we are hugely grateful.

Excellent customer care from start to finish, phone assessment was very thorough and all my needs were covered and support was covered during the assessment, My chair was delivered on time and delivery driver contacted me to update me when he would be arriving at my office, I am expecting an engineer to arrive tomorrow 22/9/26 to set up chair and desk, all in all, very satisfied with your service.
