Great company, very helpful. Have a decent chair now matching my needs. Friendly, accommodating staff.

The desk itself is very study, well made and fully fit for purpose. I had a specific space for this desk and it fits perfectly. Where the service was outstanding was for the delivery, set up and installation. The driver was on time, very professional and completed the job in good time. He showed me how to use the desk and also cleaned up after himself. Overall a very good experience.

I received an Access to Work grant covering a sit-stand desk. I wanted a corner desk to fit in my existing space, but the grant would not stretch to that. I called up Back Care Solutions, who advised I could purchase the corner desk frame only and fix my existing desk top to it - they were also able to match the grant price by discounting the online price for the desk frame, making me a happy customer!

I have been impressed with the service that I have received from all your employees. They have all answered my questions, everyone has been polite and communication has been great too. In the future I will make sure to contact you if I need specialist equipment for staff.

This was a refreshingly straight forward and efficient service. My chair was delivered to my home, promptly and staff were extremely friendly.

Everything  went smoothly, communications were great - not too many/often, but enough to be informative and aware of equipment delivery status. The delivery and installation also went very well. I had the space empty and ready to receive the desk and chair, and it was built, then tested with me, showing me all the functions. The gentleman was friendly and professional.

Had an amazing experience with Steve. Was highly impressed by his professional customer service, and the way he was willing to patiently give of his time to explain useful tips to get the best out of my purchase to me. At the end my set up was great, and was feeling very comfortable and happy with everything. Brilliant.

Once the assessment was organised by my employer I received communication quickly and it was organised to visit my home address where I usually work from. The assessor arrived before my appointment time, was very polite and helpful, providing information of what was required as the process went along. The quotation arrived quickly after the visit. I can't comment on the chair itself yet as this has not been received.
