Recommend for Bali Travel
The SIM got activated after 1.5 hour of landing, that was a bit intimidating, since I thought it will be activated instantly.
Apart from it the process was smooth, but a little improvement can be done for the registration and telling about the process upfront when purchasing the SIM.
I would definitely recommend it for your next Bali Trip.

We completely understand how a 1.5-hour wait upon landing can feel intimidating when you are expecting to connect instantly. To give you some insight, every tourist eSIM entering Indonesia must be manually registered with the local government network database using your passport details. While this usually takes just a few minutes, system queues can sometimes cause a slight delay.
Your suggestion to tell customers about this upfront is excellent. We are updating our purchase confirmation page right now to explicitly mention this potential government processing time so travelers know exactly what to expect.

E-sim 42 GB for whole country
I bought an e-sim for Indonesia (the whole country) with 42 GB (usable 30 days) for 20 Euro. Purchase and support were absolutly amazing. Installation was quickly made and the e-sim worked on spot after arriving. I had no connectivity problems in Java or Bali at all.
