Awesome connectivity all around Bali
Very good connectivity through out Bali except for few places in Uluwatu. Seamless experience while getting the eSIM set up for us. Would recommend everyone to get it done before you land.

It's great services
It's great services. However, sim needs to be registered with the Indonesian government first in order to work. It's a bit lengthy process, we didn't know that.
Their support was really nice and helped resolve our issue instantly. Both sims are working great.

Service mit Schwächen.
Als die Aktivierung endlich einmal geklappt hatte, hat alles in ganz Indonesien funktioniert. Die Hilfe über WhatsApp hatte schließlich funktioniert. Das war sehr gut, schnell und professionell. Per Email konnte mir der Service leider nicht genau helfen. Es kam nichts hilfreiches zurück was mir half.
