Unflexible and untrue Company
You Not follow your Internet information I shout Install my eSIM during my travel to Bali. I will never use you again. Was my biggest failure to use you. The later Support was okay.

Horrible Experience
I got Telkomsel esim. Couldn't call anyone. Unable to call local number. Internet not at all working. Pathetic experience. We have been always reaching out to local people for calling our driver. Terrible.

I have reached out to you just now to troubleshoot your internet connection immediately. Most of the time, a quick setting toggle (like "Data Roaming" or a "Network Reset") gets the data working instantly, and I want to walk you through that right now.
Regarding the calls, I would like to clarify that the specific Telkomsel eSIM product you purchased is a Data-Only plan and does not include local calling credit (pulsa). This is noted in the product description on our site.
Most travelers in Bali use WhatsApp to call drivers and hotels, as it uses the data connection rather than local minutes.
Please check your messages so we can get your internet running 100% right away. We are committed to getting you back to enjoying your trip!

Amazing customer service, quick response. Helped with my issue straight away. Esim was very easy to do, just upload phone info, passport and your ready to roll. Very recommended, took maybe 20-30 mins.
