Excellent service
Excellent service. I bought an esim afew days before my arrival and with a little help from the WhatsApp support which is great and very responsive, I managed to set it all up. On arrival in Bali, switched my phone on and was immediately connected to local Telkomsel.
Would definitely recommend and it's good to support local businesses rather than the big esim international companies.

Great support but missing option in registration form - it doesn't work if you already have an account and it doesn't send the registration information if you don't confirm the mail address within a certain time.

Willing and eager to help even when I bought an esim for a phone that is not compatible. They delivered a physical Sim to my hotel free of charge- it was their suggestion! You need to upload your passport. I recommend using an Adobe scan or similar as a photo was not sufficient
