Early days but hopeful.
I visited the Bensons store in Brighton store on three occassions with the aim of purchasing a new mattress. My first visits were okay but not very productive. On the third visit I was fortunate to be served by the manager Chris, who really took an interest and spent time helping me decide what mattress would best suit my needs. As a result I purchased a Slumberland mattress. This new purchase was quite a big financial outlay for me and I am hoping it will help me with recently aquired back pain which I put down to the failure of my old mattress to provide me with the right support due to its age. It is early days but already the new mattress seems to have made a difference. I do still have some pain and stiffness in my back on waking but it is much less and I am hoping with time I will see further improvements. So a slightly hesitant but grateful thumbs up for me.

I’m so grateful for the service we received from Benson for Beds instore with Ade at the Brighton store. Ade was world class, very professional and knowledgeable. We came in knowing we needed a new mattress but he was patient with our testing multiple mattresses and shared insights on the technology for each. We went for the Nano igel 8050i which was much more affordable for us, and so much more comfortable than the new mattress we purchased from Simba in April. Ade and Chris offered us a discount we couldn’t refuse and said we could have the mattress in two weeks. We received it a few days ago and we are over the moon. Our sleep is just so much better, a firmer mattress with a igel pillow top. A thorough and friendly service and we are very happy with the mattress and the pillows. Thanks so much.

Good service from Brighton Branch
We visited our local branch in Lewes Road Brighton and were assisted by Nick. He was happy to guide around the different mattresses and bed options and provided plenty of pillows to test out too.
Very happy with the service & product we bought.

Great service and price
Nick took time to explain the different mattresses and went out of his way to get me the best deal. No pressure and no rush to buy. I'd recommend Nick and Bensons to anyone looking.

Good end to end experience
Large store with plenty of beds to try out. Sales staff were helpful but not pushy. Given plenty of time to try out the beds. Delivery went smoothly and on time the Bensons people taking away the old bed and installing the new.

All around good service.
Very good service from when I originally went into your store to the delivery of my bed. Staff in the store were friendly, helpful and gave good advice. The delivery was good, with the vehicle tracking of delivery which was helpful and the great delivery guys.
I get up in the morning now without a back and hip pain, wonderful.
