Bensons For Beds - Brighton Avis 

I finally decided that I have had enough of waking up with backache,so me and my daughter visited our local Bensons For Beds.
On entering we were greeted by Iqbal.He asked if he could help,and I explained that I was after a new mattress.He proceeded to show us the range and gave us time to consider the numerous options.
Having chosen an extra firm one he settled in to the painless process of the paper work.I even bought a new bed for my grandaughter.
Iqbal was a pleasure to deal with,and a credit to the company.

The staff at Bensons in Brighton were amazing and a credit to the store. We came in for a bed for me, but ended up with a bed and frame for my mum. They were fun, knowledgeable and attentive, and nothing was too much trouble.

I’ve had a great experience getting a bed from Bensons in Brighton. The store manager Ryan was incredibly helpful. He gave me plenty of time and space to think through different options and helped me find the best deal. I usually prefer to buy things online, but in this case it was really useful to have a person who could help me set up the delivery and with setting up the financing. I initially got the Staples superking extra firm mattress, but after trying to adjust to the new mattress it became clear it’s too firm. Ryan was excellent in helping me exchange the mattress to a firm. I am really glad I had his support. Without him it would have been a very stressful ordeal to organise everything.

The mattress itself is great. I’ve had it for 2 weeks now. I used to wake up many times each night because my muscles and joints would get sore. I used to also wake up very easily if my partner got out of bed. Now since I have the new mattress I sleep through the night without waking up. This has impacted my wellbeing so much it was definitely worth the investment.
For reference in the past I had a double Emma mattress. It was ok when I was sleeping on my own, a bit soft for my taste, but it wore down really quickly and started dipping when I started sleeping with a partner.

Was really good experience I was kept up to date with details before the delivery and was contacted by the delivery man by phone the day before and the day of the delivery They were also very quick and efficent at the delivery

Needed a new mattress and BfBs was close and had multiple manufacturers to look at and try.
It was mid week when we went and very quiet in store, we ambled around for a little while before Ade introduced himself and asked of our budget and what we were looking for. He then made a couple of suggestions then left us to try them, to miraculously reappear a little while later, to ask how we were doing and then made some more suggestions before again stepping aside. We were in store for about 90 mins before we purchased a new mattress and to be fair it was actually a pleasant buying experience. Ade was very knowledgeable, kind and very relaxed. No pressure of any kind, in fact after I’d made my purchase decision, I went and found him to have a chat, while my wife made up her mind.
Delivery was a little long at 3 weeks but up until delivery we were kept informed and we were phoned in the morning of delivery with a 2 hour window then the driver phoned when he was an hour out. 2 employees carried the new mattress upstairs and unwrapped it.
All in all a pleasant and professional purchase.

Ade was extremely helpful in store. Good service and mattress was delivered on time. Only one issue and that is the mattress has a very strong odour but that has begun to dissipate over the past few days.

There is a great selection of beds. Iqbal was very patient with us, explaining all the different types and not rushing or pressurising us at all. Everything, even when paying and arranging delivery was explained in full.

Iqbal, the store associate was really great. He was really helpful, knowledgeable and helped us find the right mattress.
Reasonable price (although it always seems a lot) and we took our the additional aftercare plan. As we have kids and pets, seemed like a no-brainer really.

I found the team very helpful in this store. Iqbal and Nick were extremely helpful patient and knowledgeable i would definately recommend. I was very pleased with the bed i ordered. Unfortunately although the air6 mattress firm i ordered was sooo comfortable like sleeping on a cloud and backache disappeared it was also too hot for me. Nick and Iqbal were again really helpful with helping me swap to the Igel 2500i mattress maybe not quite as luxurious for my particular taste but it has meant a differently retained heat in the mattress and so able to sleep better. They arent pushy with sales just very very helpful and at the end of the day we are all a bit different in our mattress preferences so thanks so much guys
