I was made at ease as I arrived .showed variety of beds and matreses that I said I was interested in.very friendly sales people .we were made so at ease ,almost at home .had a lot of laughs.this is the second time I've bought from this shop over the years .I will deffinatly recommend u ..thank you very much .

Visited Loughborough store on Bank Holiday Monday and we couldn’t have been treated any better. Salesman (think his name was Martin) was brilliant, very knowledgeable and so patient with us. Got us the earliest delivery date he could and was just a lovely chap, so thank you

Martin is great, in fact all the staff are - advice when you want but you don’t get the hard sell like in dreams for example.

The entire process of visiting the shop, making my purchases and the delivery of mattress couldn't have been better. All the staff have been most agreeable. Added thanks to the delivery gentlemen, who were extremely efficient and organised.

My experience at Bensons For Beds Loughborough was very pleasant. Martin H, the salesperson I dealt with was very helpful (not at all overbearing) & knowledgeable on the mattresses. He allowed us to try the different mattresses in our own time, and encouraged us to put our feet up & lay on the bed to get a real feel for the mattresses. He didn't just match but beat the online price that my Dad had sourced which included the cost of the mattress itself, 4 free pillows & delivery. The entire process was very smooth & I left with a good understanding of what I had paid for & what to expect in the coming weeks before my mattress arrived. I would definitely go back to Bensons For Beds Loughborough.

From start to finish our experience was excellent. You were left alone to wonder and have a good look,Mick came over to ask if we were o.k pointed out a few mattresses we might like. Then he left us to decide two and a half hours later,we narrowed it down to one. Then with the savings we made,we purchase a powered divan and headboard with the help of Mike,who was extremely patient. Given a time and date for delivery which suited us....Many thanks to Mike "Top Bloke"

Mick was absolutely brilliant helping me and my partner get a new bed frame and mattress. We got on with him so well and he was so attentive. We have never brought a mattress together before, he explained everything really well and ensured we understood everything that was being and shown told to us and had so much patience with my million questions!

My girlfriend and I had a very positive experience in the Loughborough Store, all thanks to Ram! He was very helpful, professional and not too pushy. We were taken through different options and ultimately landed on a great fit for us. Ram explained everything and we got a great deal.

Initially tried ordering online but was being charged twice for assembly. So went to the store and they couldn’t be more helpful. Even honoured the online discounts. 4 stars instead of 5 due to online issue

A well displayed showroom, a sea of beds to look at and try. The gentleman was welcoming and helpful, giving extensive information relating to each bed we tried, which enabled us to make a positive decision. He gave us all the management details on how to look after the mattress. And all at a fantastic price. We will definitely recommend your showroom.

Welcoming but not overbearing staff who introduced themselves then left us to browse. We discussed what we needed, a double bed for the spare room, and Mick gave enough details to help us choose the right one. He advised on the mattress too and made ordering a doddle. He threw in some extra freebies, so well worth a visit to the store instead of clicking the mouse.
Definitely a much pleasanter experience than the other well-known bed store nearby.
